I was not implying that you are not welcome at WorthyBoards! You are most certainly welcome here! What I was doing was asking these questions for my own benefit, because I was not understanding your reasons for posting here. I also was having a hard time understanding that if you are not interested in Christian fellowship... then what , if any thing, were you wanting us to understand about your posts! Glad to see this part.... I have seen some (men) who use God's word to control their women while they try to have it both ways... They want the position as head of the house, and total submission by the woman,.... cuz God's word ordains it, but on the other hand............. as far as doing, or being, as God wants the man to do, or be,.... they couldn't, or don't give a rip, and have no respect for Him (God)! We are to live in peace and if one does not respect God.... and is using his word, expecting to be respected by it.... its a bunch of hogwash! Please note I am not categorizing all men this way!

Pretty good stuff, Jade One just has to stand back and take a good look around them and see it all happening now.

It is unbelievable and sickening that anyone would use children as hostages or ransom bait to get what they want, -- then to shoot them when is all coming to end, and they have lost! There was no gain in killing them at the end as they ran. Breaks my heart every time I think about that situation. Pray for those who lost their loved ones.... Pray for their country.. as well as ours! Blessings~

I acted silly earlier on in this post....but never answered the question. In all my being...... before and after I was saved I always saw God as most powerful.....beyond my understanding! I never dreamed of ever matching myself to his greatness.... My short anwer --NO! Blessings~

Someday, when we make it to heaven....there might be a few things there we didn't expect or think God would have there! My mine wanders back to the scriptural words that says "my ways are not your ways, nor are your ways my ways!" --Could that also mean our interpretations of God's list of what things besides the saints and other heavenly hosts will be in heaven??? I'm lookin' forward to the day when all my wonderin's will be answered!

Someone already kinda answered this question. It all boils down to why you are burning a candle, or why you do anything else, such as wear a crystal amulet....etc. ! It's the motivation or reason. Are you doing it to honor or worship another god??? To light a candle is not sinful. To light it as to illuminate a shrine of an idol.... then it is sinful/wrong!
