The one I got the other day wasn't that hot, but it depends on who makes it. It is the jalapeno peppers that give it heat. They gave me one that was loaded down with peppers the other week, and that one was hot. They are probably wonderful for you - eat up!!! Perhaps I am a bit slow, but I don't understand that comment. Do you not like hot food, burgers, or junk food? NO - Jalapenos are supposed to be great for blood pressure and digestion - I've recently read that and my dad swore by them... ate them daily!! I thought she was trying to put me into early labor........

Butero.... a little off topic... How hot is the Angry Whopper? I love hot food and it looks delicious, but being 7 and a half months pregnant has me a little leery that it might come back to haunt me.....

Very good Lomi! And your right, how many of us really cultivate the instrument of worship? It's deeper than just singing a hymnal, it's entering into the spiritual realm. The Word tells us that God inhabits the praises of His people. When we enter into the spirit of worship we're going where Daddy is, the Holy of Holies.

Thank you HouseofGrace..... I never thought of "cleaving" as the ties that the Lord was establishing between married people. So that could be a very important reason that the Word speaks against pre-maritial sex because thouse soul-ties develope and we are to only have them with our spouse.

I don't usually care for these type of movies but my hubby likes them. I don't like how they always portray the priest/pastor as wimpy little pushovers......it aggrivates me Sometimes I get so angry about it my first response is "Let me in there!!!!!!"

The one time I bought stuff from them I had just spent tons of money on Mary Kay (which I love) but I did buy their nail kit, as my nails were horrid, and the results were beautiful!!!

Well I saw the commercial for the first time last night and guess what...... I laughed .......it was funny IMO it is nowhere near as racy as some of the other commercials I've seen lately and have even commented on in another thread. I think sometimes we get alittle carried away with our indignation.

Soul and Spiritual Ties where briefly brought up in another thread recently and I wanted to get a clearer understanding of what they are, or if there really is such thing. Are they the same thing or is there a difference? I have never heard of spiritual ties but I have heard of soul ties and it was always in the negative and referred to as evil or wrong. Are there scriptures that talk about these things? Thank you stacey c

Praise God Gerda that you made the committment to follow fully after our Lord and Savior. As for knowing the will of God, you won't have big neon signs pop out at you. I have found after 32 years as a christian it's a trial and error process, but it does get better I promise. The closer you get to the Lord the clearer His voice becomes in the muddle of our own minds. Begin reading the Bible, the Gosples......Matthew, Mark, Luke, John.......I have heard others wiser than me suggest starting with John. And please find a Christ centered church where you can go and learn. Also continuing here at Worthy, there some really good teachers here where you can learn and grow. And last but not least pray....pray....pray. Prayer is your life line and it will keep your mind and spirit centered. If there is anything you need help with or prayer for there are many here waiting and willing to help you. God bless you stacey c

LOL...now see...that was funny. We all support people who sin...thats the point I was trying to make. I'm not going to boycott one store who makes mistakes, in favor of another store that makes mistakes. In your opinion, BK messed this one up, and you took offense...I get that. But, I just don't understand the concept of boycotting a place over something like this. Especially in light of the fact that no place is perfect. BK would pratically have to come out with a pro-abortion, kill all Christians commercial to get me to stop eating there. A spongebob squarepants commercial isn't even on my radar of boycottable offenses. Either way...I'm sorry if you thought I was getting on your case...it wasn't meant to be like that. It's okay... with intense therapy I'll probably get over it...sigh. AAAWWW Believer I'm sure Axxman wasn't trying to be a big meanie.... Just kidding Axx you know your the man...

OOOHHHH alright I'll get into this one too, why not I'm on a roll of going against the status quo lately I'm gonna have to jump in the fire with Axxman on this one. Yes many ad campaigns are really gross nowadays, although I haven't seen this particular BK commercial. But I don't have the time or energy to boycott every enterprise that I may find disagreeable. If I was to do that I would be one busy lady! IMO all this energy could be promoting the Gosple and witnessing to people, not finding something to get all bent out of shape about. Several years ago I had a friend who decided to boycott a large company that made many different household products because she read in a christian magazine that the ceo was a member of the satanic cult. So she decided to buy other products from another company, guess what....she found something wrong with that one too. Like Axxman said and was quite funny.....if I began to boycott everything that had something wrong I would have to boycott myself...and boy that would be interesting

And yet speaking the WORD into your life and the "name it and claim it" garabage are way too different things. The WORD is alive, active and sharper than any two edged sword, and where there are areas in your life be it physical or spiritual you speak life into it by speaking the WORD. The Word is God and God is His Word, how is that not the inspiration of the Holy Spirit? It's by our following after God and our faith in God and what He has given us in His Word that changes our lives. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Do you speaking curses into your life on a daily basis or do you speak the Word of God (life). Just as the bridle in a horses mouth controls the whole horse, or the listeth on a big ol' ship steers the whole ship, so does your tongue control your life with blessing or cursing. It's not claiming a fat bank account it's saying "My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory" It's not saying I'll never be sick a day in my life, it's when your are sick saying "By His stripes I am healed" It's not saying I'll never know defeat, it's saying "Whereso ever my foot steps He will give me victory" Big difference folks.

AS a Blood bought child of the Living God I have freedom in Christ, and no condemnation is allowed to come against me! He has given us victory, and all that the enemy has stolen He will return unto all of us who walk in victory in Him. Satan may try to pollute these days that we as christians worship our Risen Lord, but we donot set our mind on the things of this world, but set our faces like flint and keep our eyes on the KIng of Kings

We are chosen by God to do the work He has for us, not us picking and choosing what we want to do for God. If God has placed it on the hearts of these children to look to you as a mentor, it is He who is doing so. If you discourage them from what is in their hearts, how will they trust their hearts in the future? This may be the tool God is going to use to help you with the issues you have stated you have. If you refuse to use this tool, you may not find the healing God has for you. Through the love of a child, I came to Jesus. Through the love of a child, my walk has been strengthen. Don't be so quick to dismiss the calling God has for you because of your unbelief in yourself, but instead, seek Him to assist you to do the work He has for you to do. He will give you what you need to do what He has asked you to do. Remember the words of our Lord. Matthew 18:5 (New King James Version) Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me. Amen Onelight Where there are two or more witnesses!!!!!
