  1. You know as well as I do the examples, we just discussed the harvest of the earth in Revelation 14 on another thread. We have in the past discussed the events of the 7th trumpet that appear in chapter 11. The list goes on and on, and you see it yourself, but refuse to admit it for whatever reason. Good luck with that.
  2. In order for her to be impeached, first she would have to be elected. I am not sure why anyone would vote for someone who climbed to their current position by committing fraud, over the backs of minorities and the oppressed. Not exactly a quality person, much less candidate. That being said, I believe you are correct in regards to what qualifies as an impeachable offense for a sitting president.
  3. Just wanted to let you know, I did read Deut. 32 a few times last night and gave some time to ruminate on it. I have in the past pointed to this prophecy as well on several occasions, so I definitely agree with your rendering of it. Maybe a few slight variations in understanding, in regards to the gentile nations. While I agree that this is a warning to Israel, and given to them to be remembered for all time, I also see it as a warning to everyone including the gentiles as well. A few of those passages are directed at the gentile nations. I saw your other post to me, but haven't seen where you mentioned what book it is from? It looks like Isaiah to me, which I intend to study over the first 5 chapters shortly, so I'll get back to you on that. If I am mistaken about that being Isaiah, just let me know where that is from and I will give that a read later today. God bless
  4. Your point is pointless because no one tries to put for example, the 6th trumpet before the 5th trumpet. Maybe the question you should be asking yourself is why did John number anything if we are supposed to accept it all as chronological? It wouldn't be necessary, would it? Or, maybe you should explain why so many of the numerous other prophetic writings are not chronological, but this one has to be?
  5. You can't change the number of horns either, that's my point. There are 10, 3 of which are plucked by the roots. Still 10 horns, just like there are still 7 heads, even though 5 have fallen.
  6. No need to apologize, I was just asking because I think what you have to share matters and would like to hear it. I think on many of these things we do agree already. I have learned many things regarding the end times over the years, but there are so many things that I do not know. I am always looking for missing pieces and I believe if we can come together as brothers and sisters should, and listen, receive, and allow the Holy Spirit to do His thing, we would understand a great deal more than we do. So, I am willing to discuss whatever you want to discuss. As for the OT prophecies, those are vital to understanding what the future holds. If one doesn't venture into the prophets writings, they are missing a wealth of necessary information. I look forward to discussing more in the future. God bless
  7. Good luck ever showing one time on any thread where I ever tried to rearrange the order by number.
  8. You only hear that from those clinging to a theory that doesn't align with scripture, Revelation is no more chronological than any other prophetic writings. What you have presented at this point in regards to the dividing of the kingdoms and the 2 staffs has merit. What would really help with understanding your position is if you took your time laying it out, at least referencing the scripture you have derived it from. You don't have to post the scripture, but book and chapter/s would be most helpful. I get lost in your long paragraphs, everything runs together on these old eyes, so if you could help me out by starting a thread on it and laying it out in a more readable fashion with the scripture references, it would be much appreciated. There are some things you have already shown that I disagree with, specifically in regards to your take on the passages from Joel which I already responded to in whatever thread that was on. That doesn't mean I am not interested in what you want to share. I disagree with this, the AC is the beast out of the sea, not a nation. The mother of harlots I see as a reference to Jerusalem and this is the woman riding the beast out of the sea or AC. God bless
  9. But you don't want to acknowledge these words from Daniel 7. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns. 8 I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another horn, a little one, before which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things. He has only spoken of 10 horns, 3 of the first are from the 10, no way around that. Revelation 17:9 This calls for a mind with wisdom: the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated; 10 they are also seven kings, five of whom have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and when he does come he must remain only a little while. At least be consistent, you need to make up 5 new heads also, because 7-5=2. God bless
  10. Perhaps the problem is the words being chosen. What I would suggest is this, don't feel compelled to respond in the moment. Take the matter to God in prayer, ask for His guidance, ask for His words, not your own. God bless
  11. Why would anyone want to do something to someone that they felt was wrong to do to someone else? Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
  12. My daughter and I have always had a special bond. She was very contentious with her mother, yet I was the disciplinarian. I think really what it comes down to is we often times relate more to one type of person than another. I have known mothers and daughters that are extremely close, they may have had some rough moments along the way, but it never changed their close bond. I have also known mothers and daughters who were close, became contentious in the teen years, and that led to a distancing that remains in place. I think with some women, they simply can't reside with another woman and keep the peace. Not sure what the reasoning for that is, but just an observation. As I already said, I truly think it comes down to individual personalities.
  13. I agree, the entire book is highly symbolic. This particular imagery is very much driven home to us in the four gospels. I believe the word you are looking for is chronology or perhaps chronological, after all, revelation is prophetic. You know where I stand on that already, it's ok you are not ready to actually type it yet, but glad to see you finally noticed. I agree with you, and I do believe that is what is being referenced in chapter 14:17-20. Maybe the problem is what state we view the tares in at the point they are gathered? In other words, do you believe they are alive or dead? Keep in mind how this process works. In the days a sickle was used, the sickle is swung over the field, and it is all chopped down. Then someone comes along and gathers it up, it would be at this point that the weeds would be bundled together and the wheat would be bundled together. I guess the point I was trying to make is, this passage does not address the issue or order in which they are gathered. That is what I meant when I said it doesn't go against the parable stating the weeds or tares are gathered first. I think it is a little early to be the harvest. Jesus tells us specifically, the harvest is the end of the age. Matthew 13:36 Then he left the crowds and went into the house. And his disciples came to him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field.” 37 He answered, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38 The field is the world, and the good seed is the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, 39 and the enemy who sowed them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are angels. 40 Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the end of the age. 41 The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers, 42 and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear. Everything you see here is depicted in chapter 14:14-16 with the exception of them being gathered and thrown into the lake of fire. I think that becomes clearer in the following verses. We know, the anti christ and the false prophet are put into the lake of fire first based on chapter 19. It says the weeds are gathered and burned at the end of the age, that occurs later, after all the dead are gathered. The sea has to give up its dead, Hades has to give up its dead, etc. There is a separation of time from the time they die to when the great white throne judgement takes place. God bless
  14. I'm not sure if this is a serious question or not? My response to it would simply be, are people really wheat or weeds? It's at the end, the last part is in relation to Armageddon. While the parable places the weeds first, this scenario does not distinguish between wheat and tares, it simply refers to the harvest of the earth. I don't see a contradiction there at all, the final part is referring to grape clusters, this is different from the harvest of the earth and references those who are working with the beast and have gathered outside the city. God bless
  15. Yes, it is shown in Revelation. Revelation 14:14 Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and seated on the cloud one like a son of man, with a golden crown on his head, and a sharp sickle in his hand. 15 And another angel came out of the temple, calling with a loud voice to him who sat on the cloud, “Put in your sickle, and reap, for the hour to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is fully ripe.” 16 So he who sat on the cloud swung his sickle across the earth, and the earth was reaped. 17 Then another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle. 18 And another angel came out from the altar, the angel who has authority over the fire, and he called with a loud voice to the one who had the sharp sickle, “Put in your sickle and gather the clusters from the vine of the earth, for its grapes are ripe.” 19 So the angel swung his sickle across the earth and gathered the grape harvest of the earth and threw it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. 20 And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood flowed from the winepress, as high as a horse's bridle, for 1,600 stadia. God bless
  16. I don't use google ever Biblegateway didn't have a clue, under several different translations. That one is fairly easy though, it occurs at the end of the age just prior to the great white throne judgement. God bless
  17. Your premise is faulty because you want to dismiss a factual truth about the horns from Daniel 7:8, and then follow it up with faulty assumptions. Once you deviate from the fact that the 3 horns come from the 10, everything that follows is wrong. Daniel is seeing a vision, in which there are 10 horns, as he considers those 10 horns a little one rises up amongst them and three of the 10 are plucked up by the roots. What you are trying to do is say, those 3 that it says are not of the first horns like Daniel says. I say, Daniel knows what he saw, and he doesn't see anything about other horns that are not part of the vision. It's a vision. Further compounding the problem is arguing another faulty premise based on assumption. You seem to think that 3 of the horns being plucked up by the roots, or being subdued means they no longer exist or that they have been eliminated. They haven't, Daniel does not say that they cease to exist, and neither does the angel in the explanation. Maybe you're not familiar with what the word subdue means, but it is worth noting it has nothing to do with elimination. verb (used with object), sub·dued, sub·du·ing. to conquer and bring into subjection:Rome subdued Gaul. to overpower by superior force; overcome. to bring under mental or emotional control, as by persuasion or intimidation; render submissive. to repress (feelings, impulses, etc.). to bring (land) under cultivation:to subdue the wilderness. to reduce the intensity, force, or vividness of (sound, light, color, etc.); tone down; soften. Considering what the word subdued actually means, as opposed to the faulty impression being applied to it, there are far more plausible scenarios that don't involve altering what Daniel saw in the vision. Could it be that these three kings subject themselves and their authority to the beast because they are convinced he has authority over them based on their religious beliefs? Could it be they are muslims who see the little horn as their promised Madhi? Or possibly 3 from a Judeo-Christian background that mistakenly belief he is the Messiah? As for the heads and the horns, I don't have them mixed up at all. There are 7 heads, and if you go back to the introduction of them in Revelation 12, you will see they have crowns when they are in the heavenly realm, and the horns do not. When we see them again in Revelation 13 on earth, the heads no longer have crowns, they have blasphemous names on them, and the ten horns have the crowns. According to Revelation 17, the heads are 7 mountains, and also 7 kings. Since they don't have their crowns on earth anymore, maybe that is a better place to begin with the heads. Why do you suppose that is? God bless
  18. No clue which parable you mean, there isn't one called that.
  19. I've been considering your theory since you first posted it, and while I haven't dismissed it entirely, I do think this interpretation is rather problematic for numerous reasons. The most important one being, the 10 tribes of the northern kingdom were just 10 tribes, not 10 kingdoms with 10 kings. They were one kingdom, with one king. Israel never had more than 2 kings at any one time, counting all 12 tribes. God bless
  20. But they are of the 10 horns, the scripture you posted says so. Daniel 7:8 I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another horn, a little one, before which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things.
  21. All the time brother, all the time. I think that sums up the last couple decades for me.
  22. I think it starts with the dragon (satan) in Revelation 12. He already has the 7 heads and 10 horns before he is cast down to the earth. This would indicate these are spiritual beings first and foremost. Consider from the book of Daniel, where the angel tells Daniel that he has been contending with the prince of Persia and remarks that only Michael comes to help. I don't see that as an earthly struggle, but one in the spiritual realm, so the prince of Persia spoken of is related to the wicked one. The map of today is different than the one back at that time, so it is hard to say if the prince of Persia would still be of Persia today, or some other nation that was part of that empire at that time. God bless
  23. It really doesn't make a bit of sense, when you lay it out in a complete thought. Start by the context Paul lays out. II Thessalonians 2 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? Now paraphrase it in modern English with your rendering of the verse. Now brothers, concerning the coming of Jesus and our being gathered to Him. Don't be shaken or disturbed that the day of the Lord has already come. That day will not come, unless the gathering comes first and the A/C is revealed. See the problem? The gathering will happen before the gathering? The other nonsensical part of this is the attempt to change what apostasia means. If someone speaks of apostasy, or say an apostate church, do you distort the meaning to believe that this apostate church has been raptured? Paul connects the rapture to His coming in the first verse, it is the same thing Jesus told us Himself. God bless
  24. Mark 11:20 As they passed by in the morning, they saw the fig tree withered away to its roots. 21 And Peter remembered and said to him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree that you cursed has withered.” 22 And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. 23 Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. 25 And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”
  25. They are not locusts, that is a metaphorical attribute based on their sheer number, that is what Joel is conveying. And the fact that the Lord is at the head of this army means He is leading it. He is not going to be leading an army of demons, He leads His army out of heaven, and this is them covering the earth. It's really not that complicated.
