I spoke to some muslims this week.

It seems they believe that they are sons of Abrahams promise

This is due to their belief that Abraham had two sons

Isaac and Ishmael

It seems these muslims believe that Abraham was to offer Ishmael to God

The Old testament scriptures record that Abraham clearly offered Isaac (the son of Gods promise to Abraham)

But it is clear that whether we are of the genealogical line of Isaac (Jewish) or the line of Ishmael (Arab)

This week, I have heard the teachings of both Rico Cortes and Walid Shoebat. I've only begun on the extensive teaching they have available but so far I do know this: There is hardly anything more important for Christians right now than in making sure they know beyond a shadow of a doubt that YWYH is not Allah. I see the seeds of a strong delusion coming that will convince many that they are one and the same.

I NEVER said the Bible is in error, you are the one saying it is, you are the one saying it is full of discrepancies and for this, YOU are in error. You need to study. For instance, did it ever occur to you to look up the word "evil" to see what it means in Hebrew? Did it ever occur to you to look at the the various translations? Did it ever occur to you to keep the verses in context?

From the definitions of the Hebrew word, and the context of those verses, and the Bible in it's entirety, it is CLEAR that the Bible is telling us God creates CALAMITY in many forms, as the fruit of OUR sin.

He is NOT the author of evil as you are suggesting. Evil originated with satan, is the consequence, the outcome of our own sin, it is NOT something God created.

1 John 1:5

Yet again you are a man of very short words but long quotes. You quote John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. I ask what do you understand when some one says you have done an evil thing? What do you understand by the words ALL THINGS. Who slanders God? You are saying that the verse John 1:3 is in error in that it must read NOT ALL THINGS were created by him.
