For as long as I can remeber I'll always thought that America was blessed by God. Even as a child I believed this. What do you think? Do you believe as I do that we are blessed by God?

God Bless

Yes, I believe God has been merciful and gracious to us beyond description and anything we've deserved.

And I can't help but think how much more incredibly blessed we would be if we would seek Him in all we do.

We are greatly blessed by God in the USA. The poor people here are much better off than in some other countries that experience mass starvation and illness. Thank you God for blessing America!

Our country, founded on the Word of God, is one of the most blessed nations on the face of the earth. We are a nation the Lord has blessed to go into all the world and preach the gospel. We have sown in righteousness and reaped in joy! It breaks my heart to see this nation founded on the Word of God begin to set up the high places like in the days of old. All through the Bible we see people setting up high places when they begin to turn away from the Lord. When I see the gay rights movement perverting marriage and even the Word of God; when I see secular humanism being accepted over the Truth, when I see people "sacraficing" their unborn babies to the god of self as they kill child after child, as I see much of the church trying to serve both God and mammon and trying to become social clubs to keep the people interested, I see high places that need to come down.

Yes, our nation is blessed. We need to keep it that way.

2Chronicles 7:14

"If My people which are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, THEN will I hear from heaven and heal their land."

Absolutely, and you know why ? God blesses those who serve Him....more so, He also blesses though around those who serve Him. Our county may be sliding fast, but as long as the Body of Christ stands firm, I believe we will be blessed.

Take some knowledge from Joseph's life -

Genesis 39:1-6

1 Now Joseph had been taken down to Egypt. Potiphar, an Egyptian who was one of Pharaoh's officials, the captain of the guard, bought him from the Ishmaelites who had taken him there.

2 The LORD was with Joseph and he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master.

3 When his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD gave him success in everything he did,

4 Joseph found favor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned.

5 From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the LORD blessed the household of the Egyptian because of Joseph. The blessing of the LORD was on everything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field.

6 So he left in Joseph's care everything he had; with Joseph in charge, he did not concern himself with anything except the food he ate.

Verses 5-6 are a little peculiar don't you think ? Was Potiphar a righteous man ? The Bible doesn't tell us, but what it does tell us is why Potiphar and all he had was blessed - it was because of Joseph.....Joseph found favour in God's eyes and because of that, God blessed not only Joseph, but those he was around as well....so much to the extent that Potiphar did not concern himself with anything....why ? Because he was experiencing what America is - blessings from God because of those who follow Him.

The very ones who curse God and attempt to remove Him from our lives are enjoying God's blessings because of the faithfulness of the Saints.....you think if they knew this they'd be trying to strip away God from our lives ? Take away God from the ones whom God bestows blessings ? They enjoy His blessings too....why ? Because of us, God's people. If only they knew

Something to consider....

Serving Him,

Bob

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
