I would love to contribute here, but this thread is a mess.

I guess I will try to answer the original question, because the rest of the thread is just people trying to prove random points at one another, thus branching the topic into eleventy-two different directions.

So, the original question was "Why do I care?"

I am here to learn. I study all religions. In order to learn the Christian belief, I must explore all aspects of this belief. I must compare it to what I believe, and yes, even challenge it a bit.

I am not here to convince anyone of anything, but if I can cause someone to think, I'll confess that as my selfish indulgence.

I cannot speak for other evolutionists. Some of them just like conflict. Some of them enjoy arguing. Some enjoy debating (There is a difference). And some of them are just jerks. lol

But that is why I am here. I wish to learn, and encourage other to think. What they think is unimportant to me.

Yeah you're just not going to get off that easy. You actually wrote that this was your reply and completely ripped off an entire article pretty much verbatim. Is that the best you can do? If you understand the material you should be able to express your own arguments in your own words.

You know; I bet you look through my post; you won't find, any reference to me claiming that the work is my own work. If you can't find any reference claiming, that I said; this is my work, then you are committing Slander, if you continue that I just might take legal action. I doubt if you have a case for Plagiarism; but I'm 100 percent sure in this case, that you are Slandering me.

So why don't just get over it, admit you can't answer the article by Answers in Genesis, and quit attacking the messenger. If you were a teacher in my school I'd have you fired!!

Any ways since all you can do when confronted by real scientific evidence is attack me. our conversation is over. Sorry Chris, this is one reason why I don't get that much into discussing scientific evidence with evolutionists, because when you nail them, they start attacking your character.

I must give apologies for my inner feelings, which I have seldom shown on the boards, but have expressed to friends on Worthy via Pm's. I have felt of late that there is also an attack that has to do with living under the law and not in His grace. And that sometimes frustrates me to the point of screaming Often it feels that as one sticks one's head up out of Malachi and into Matthew, some one is waiting to hit you over the head with a stone tablet that has been engraved with an ancient hammer and chisel
