It's true that Russia is a member of NATO, but it's not a member of the EU and especially not a member of the WEU Ten Nation Military Alliance.  The little horn must subdue one of the ten horns that he rises up among.  These ten are small and powerless right now.  He could never subdue a superpower, like Russia or the U.S., but they will fall before the beast rises.  Then the beast will grow in power in a time of peace, or false peace I should say.  :x:

And here is another possibility in light of Charles Hinson's prophecy.  I don't remember Chuck mentioning anything about how or why Powell would be removed from Bush's cabinet.  Verse 22 mentions that the prince of the covenant shall be swept away.  Is it possible that the prince of the covenant is refering to Powell as he tries to initiate the Road Map for peace?????    Hmmmmmmm??   Time will tell!!

I don't think its far fetched  at all the Europe will be a Super power, they will and I believe something will happen soon toso America  so they will not be the Super power anylonger.

Did you hear the latest news,that the U.S. asked Israel to stop making walls? Remember what the Bible said ,Russia will go out to Israel thinking they can go in because there are no fences or walls?

(12) I will plunder and loot and turn my hand against the resettled ruins and the people gathered from the nations, rich in livestock and goods, living at the center of the land."

I believe this passage will be fulfilled after the rapture, but right before the tribulation.  Willis refers to this as the (False Armageddon).  Cheers!!

                     I am sooooooo excited about living in these times.I used to hear about the prophecies when I was young,now I get to live them.What a time to be alive! I did hear about Isreal's walls,but did not know they were asked by the US to not built them,I thought they had built them in the West Bank. I will have to check on this.

I agree with you Europe thrives to become the world power and they will for a short time the word of God say's so. I am from Germany but been living here in America since 1974. I am still in contact with my Family via Internet almost daily. Through them I can see that the spirit of the Antichrist is loose in Europe. I believe the Antichrist will come out of Iran. I can't believe the hatred of the Germans toward the Americans even so it is almost all over Europe. I also can see how easy it will be for the Antichrist to take over. The Germans thought it was such a great ides to go to one currancy even so some of them are not to happy with it today. I sometimes feel like beating my head against the brick wallbecause I can not get through to my Family over there

I agree that Iraq is going to play a big part again after they rebuild it...it will trouble the world powers again,and they will go out for war again ,but this will not happen until the end of the tribulation (my opinion, I can be very well wrong), I believe that Iraq will be destroyed shortly before Jesus comes back.
