What they are, are actually witchdoctors that prey on innocent rural people. This from an advert I found on my windscreen when parked in town the other day. I have edited the graphic parts out. These claims are dangerous and evil. The charlatans here are more technical and saavy - such as those who advertise the advantages of psychic healing, etc. Your life can virtually be in shambles and all you have to do is pay $10 a minute and an absolute stranger on the other end of the line can fix everything .... I do not understand how anyone can be so desperately gullible to believe this, but if they weren't out there they wouldn't advertise....

It was really sad. I was very surprised that this was happening at all...I found out around that time, that i live a very protected life.

I show a program that just boiled me. Innocent people with cancer and this man claim to be a miracle worker that does surgery without cutting. All it was him balling his fist in the person stomach with chicken livers in side the fist. He would then squeeze so that the blood would run out because of the pressure caused by his fist. Then he would shout and bring his fist up open and show the livers. People actually thought that was the cancer tumors being removed.
Guest HIS girl
These kind of "rip off" practises are world wide....even in Western cultures even if they are not under the heading of "witch doctor"...any lie like this is straight from the father of lies himself...and oh boy many follow and believe in this garbage...just shows these practices won't be going away anytime soon unfortunately... Don't know if they are anything like African witch doctors, but the natural medicines they use are not things to laugh about. they don't go looking for albino's that i am aware of though. about ten years ago i met a man in the waiting room of our family doctor and i could tell by the look on his face something special had happened to him. two months before my doctor with specialist input had told the man to go home and get his stuff in order for he didn't have any chance of living six weeks.... after a friend suggested he visit that old Indian three weeks later he was cancer free.... i asked my doctor about it and she told me that it was for real and she had no idea what they had done and the old shaman would only tell her he could not tell her what he did. while i would definitely stay away from witchcraft, i would not suggest we throw away centuries of knowledge of natural medicine.
