I don't think so. He has a belief in God but I don't believe he is grounded in that; I see him as a lukewarm Christian. Much like I used to be. Before I was saved I just went through the motions because I didn't understand who God is and what faith and redemption is all about. Or the consequences of not being saved by His sacrifice. Personally, I'd be pretty peeved if the subject of what religion I follow was in question on the nation's front pages every morning. I looked at this prior to the election, and now glenn beck brings it up too. Look at who led him to "Jesus", at who taught him all he knows about Jesus: Jeremiah Wright. Look at who he claims as he close friends and mentors: again Wright and Michael Pfleger. These are people who preach racism and hatred towards white people. Black liberation theology, as promoted at the church obama used to attend as pastored by wright, promotes that theology. Read about that theology. Read about the man who authored the book, Cone. It is not the gospel of Jesus Christ. It promotes redistribution of wealth from the evil white folks to people of color. Its the only way white folks can be saved, according to that theology. This is what obama believes and follows. Look it up. Read the book. Listen to audio, and its out there, that shows this is what he follows.
