An amazing photo to make you think

Source

I am sure you have seen the comparison of electrons orbiting an atom and planets orbiting a star. It is true that nature seems to prefer certain shapes and actions but every now and then an image helps put things into perspective...

I once watched a show on the History channel about a mathematician who found reoccurring fractal patterns in nature. This is an amazing topic to look into if you have the time, but whether or not you understand fractal patterns in nature, you can still enjoy and understand this picture:

blessings Nebula,

neat pictures. i did see probably the same type of thing on fractional geometry patterns. it was my understanding from what i saw that the pattern in fractional geometry was exact when comparing one thing with another except with a size difference. For example they were studying the pattern of a rain forrest and the pattern of a leaf of on one of the trees in it i think at the time (could be wrong on that it was a long time ago the forrest pattern i remember but not sure about the smaller pattern).

interesting.

love your sister in Christ,

Rebekah David

Guest HIS girl

That's awesome!

Reminds me of the time I saw clouds in such a pattern that resembled wet sand at the beach when the tide was out - it was a mirror image of each other...yet different mediums used.

So it would appear the whole universe is a gigantic neural network. Gotta' love that!

God, in His wisdom, obviously saw no need to keep 'reinventing the wheel', so to speak. I've never understood how anyone could look at the recurring themes in Creation and not see the designer behind it all. :noidea:

I agree wholeheartedly, MorningGlory! Thanks, Nebula. I hope all of you had a happy Thanksgiving, by the way.
