Lets talk about Hell

Hell, is a TOTAL seperation from God, it's like being seperated from the whole universe and the worst part of it all is the seperation from God. You may be wonderinh how I know this, welll when I was into the occult, vampirism and witchcraft for 8 years God showed me a vision of what my sin was doing and if I did not accept His Him as my Lord and personal savior that I would end up there, totally seperated from Him, it was something so bad that I can not fully tell you, I found myself falling and falling and around me were blackish gray and I can remember not ever land, just falling and the more I fell the more seperated I felt. I looked up and in a distance I saw a small light and I reached my arm out and cried for Jesus Christ to save me, and so He did, this time!

There would not have been a next time, because if I was to ever fall back into my old ways and happen to die, I would surely go to hell. Hell is a waiting place, until you are judged and then placed in the lake of fire, imagine burning for ever and ever and feeling the totally seperation from God and family here on earth, for some reason when I was falling I not only felt seperated from God but I also could hear my family on earth but could never reach them, it was pure torment. Jesus is my Lord and savior now, Praise God! I was saved on June 22, 2003. And the fear of the Lord and his great mercy, love and grace will keep me from going back and of course knowing the TRUTH. I hope any of you that read this consider what I have told you, HELL IS REAL! I love and care about you all, turn from your sin and accept Jesus Christ as Your personal Lord and savior, don't waist another second!! Because being seperated from God, is something you can not imagine until it has happened to you.

Hi, I am new to the board, just to let you know;

In the Bible, the word "hell" means "grave". Now there is a "lake of fire", where death and hell[the grave] is cast in, along with satan and his followers, of course.

Ecc 12:6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern.

Ecc 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

2Co 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

The story of Job is all about a dude who God removed His protective wall, which He will not do to you. We can, however, foresake Him. All the past is for our example. Job was righteous, and God is very proud of 'ol Job.

1Co 10:11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

1Co 10:12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

1Co 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

God tells us that there are 2 places our spirit goes when the flesh body dies. One is the judgement side of the "great gulf", and the other is the paradise side. Now, when the "rich" man was a thirst, he was thirsty for one drop. Just one drop could cure his thirst. You know that ain't H2O, but the Word of God.

God is so unsearchably good, he allows Himself to see us as virgin brides. All we must do, is realize He is our Father. When we do this, when we seek Him, we would naturally not want to cause Him harm. And knowing that what we do hurts God, we become more and more aware of our shortcomings. This is not feeling sorry for ourselves, but being sorry for hurting our Father, who is The Christ.

He just wipes away the slate clean, however, one must never promise to God things that cannot be done. Instead, He can read your mind you know, we should level with God, and ask Him for His strength in conquering what ever our issues are.

All thru the Bible we read "an enemy has done this", and it is so true. For we fight not w/flesh and blood, but with spiritual wickedness in high places. Eph 6.

This being said, there is only one unforgivable sin; and the word "Gospel" means Good News. There is hope in Christ, and that is the best news of all.

I would like to share a couple of verses w/you:

II Peter 1:20 "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture is of any private interpretation."

II Peter 1:21 "For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost[sPIRIT]."

Matthew 18:11 "For the son of man is come to save that which was lost."

That is the whole purpose for Jesus Christ coming to earth as a baby, to save you.

Matthew 18:12 "How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?"

Matthew 18:13 "And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray."

Matthew 18:14 "Even so it is not the will of your Father Which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish."

Luke 5:32 "I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."

John 2:1 "My little children, these thing write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: "

I John 2:2 "And He is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world."

And lastely, to let you know what God wants from us as individuals:

Hosea 6:6 "For I desired mercy [desire goodness], and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings."

There is only one way to get to know God. He has written you a letter, the Bible. He says to knock on the door and He will open it. The door is the Bible. Inside that door, you will find Him waiting to reveal Himself.

I can telll you all about my dog, but you won't know my dog until you have a personal relationship with him. The same is with God. No matter how much you listen to men, you still will only know "of" God, and you will not know God until you seek Him:

"It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter" Prov 25:2

ye shall seek Me, and find Me, when ye shall search for Me WITH ALL YOUR HEART. Jeremiah 29:13

15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

I'm so thankful that you cried out to God and the Lord saved you. We need to be reminded how real hell is and how terrible it is.
