amen xyluz, I agree. What tthey don't realize is that they also have a personal encounter with God everyday. All they have to do is look aroundthem at what He created, and look at the people that reflect His son Jesus.

Hi Shiloh62,

Yes indeed. All I have to do is to look at the people that reflect his son Jesus. I am doing that exactly. You have corroborated what I have said in previous posts in this thread. I have to look for evidence of your god in the behavior of christians. And what I find may not be what you intend that I find.

UF

You said "This is the outer court, where the administrators of worthy have permitted non-believer input."

Fact is it was moved to outer court and your original few trolling post made by you was made in "Worthy Welcome"

I never intended to upset you just getting to a point of asking you to keep it where it belongs and not debate the new members like the TC.

FYI, Worthy Welcome is in the Outer Court. ;)

Fact is that the OP entitled this "So what! For you who doesn't [sic] believe in God" in the Worthy Welcome section improperly. However, it is clear both by the content of the OP and the title of this thread that he was addressing non-believers.

I did not place this thread in the Worthy Welcome section of the Outer Court, the OP did. I have no control where this thread began or where it ends up. Your asking should go to the OP.

You have falsely accused me of these things. Isn't bearing false witness a sin?

Regards,

UF

I do know this " From Isaiah 6:8 Moved. The Welcome section is not a place to debate Christianity." on page 1. So I falsely accuse no one. Maybe misunderstood naming but not how it is. Like I said I'm new as well and still learning. I do want to know friend how can you not understand what I am trying to say? He is a new member and you not know him yet. Is that how you start out all your Welcomes? All I am saying is he came to a Christian forum to speak his Christian mind and has to now defend himself.

It only became a debate when you made your first post.

I did not entitle this thread "So What! For you who doesn't [sic] believe in God". Let me ask you a few questions to your understanding of this:

1) Who do you think is the OP addressing in his title?

2) Who do you think put this thread with this title in the Worthy Welcome Section?

From reading the first few sentences of the OP, let me ask you a few questions to your understanding of that:

But i have realized that he that says there is no God is either blind or naive,...

3) If the statement was claiming this against christians, would you consider this insulting?

4) Would you rightly think that an atheist who reads this will consider this insulting?

Now, reviewing your past posts to me on this thread, using your analogy of different buffets, and asking me not to participate together with your honest answers to the above questions, can you honestly answer these questions?:

5) Were you mistaken, in your past posts to me on this thread?

6) Did you demonstrate christ-like behavior to me?

7) Did you seek to understand the circumstances before judging me?

Now, to answer your questions:

Yes, I understood what you said. I have no way of understanding what you meant to say or are trying to say. Only you can do that. But taking what you said for what it is, I found your buffet analogy inappropriate and misdirected. The OP entitled this buffet (thread) for non-believers. It was a direct challenge, the way he entitled it. If anyone is at the wrong buffet, it is you.

New member or not, the OP's intention is clear in both his OP and the title to this thread. Clearly he wanted to denigrate non-believers.

It is not how I chose to start out. The OP chose to start out this way in the Welcome section.

He came to a christian forum to speak his christian mind by posting his OP that insulted non-believers, and invited non-believers to this thread by his title. Yes, I see the christian behavior in this. I also see the christian behavior associated with your attempts to defend his actions when you should see it for what it is.

It only became a debate when you made your first post.

No, it became a debate when the OP entitled this thread "So What! For you who doesn't [sic] believe in God".

UF

I'm sorry what now? I was on a Atheist forum pushing my beliefs on them asking them questions that all lead back to the same place to trap them into saying something beyond the actual point of argument. If you didn't know that was an example and did not happen and your attempt at insulting intelligence isn't very flattering. I don't need a wall of text to express the actual point and that is leave the new members be. You know how many people say negative stuff about Christians? If we was to debate them all like you are saying you was attempting to do we would be out numbered. So I don't see why you can't let the new members say what they got to say and let it bounce off your chest without having a sissy fit. Being a member since 04 and still fighting Christ but still lurk on these forums tells me you are only here to troll. There is no reasoning with you and you say you see it for what it is but you only see what you want. I took in consideration your side and it was void. Since there is no reasoning or understanding on your behalf I will have to refuse anymore reply's it is endless. I do hope you find Christ on your own terms and understanding I will pray for you. God Bless :)

if i have spoken evil...

...tell me what evil I have said.

But if not, why do you hit me?

If you truly do not believe, UF, why waste your time here? Shouldn't you be off living in nonbelieverville where you don't have to read posts about God?

Hi MorningGlory,

Yes, I truly do not believe in god/s. I spend my time here because I enjoy reading about what christians say, to each other, as well as to non-believers, like me. I enjoy reading about their various views on things.

Where I live is irrelevant to what I read.

I also enjoy interacting with some believers who are kind and considerate. I enjoy comparing these behaviors against other behaviors that are also claimed as "christian" behavior. :)

I like to observe how christians claim certain things and then watch how they behave. I have learned that although someone may claim something, their true belief is actually demonstrated by their actions and inactions. I am a student of human behavior. How about you?

Regards,

UF

Since you asked....I am a believer in the Living God and Jesus, the Messiah. I am praying for you to find what you're seeking......and you ARE seeking or you would not be here. :)

Are you sorry? Do you think I am here purposely to trap you? Am I the person who is responsible for making you overstate your arguments and defend what is not worthy of defense?

Have I attempted to insult your intelligence? Is this a new member? He has been here for over a year. Have you attempted to corroborate your assumptions?

From the title of this thread, do you think the OP was inviting debate? This is the key point. If you honestly answer this in the affirmative, your arguments against me fall apart. And if you realize this already, and are truly sorry, I accept your earnest apology.

Yes, I have been a member of these forums since 2004. But I have not been fighting christ. I have been fighting the nasty (and unchristian) behavior that I have (unfortunately) come to witness here. You can interpret that as me being a troll if you desire, it just wouldn't be true.

There is plenty to reason with me, if reasoning is what you desire. However, if what you actually desire is for me to look the other way, you will be disappointed. I see only too clearly what is happening, as any can also see when they review this thread.

You do not need to answer me on the questions I posed to you in a previous thread. They were there to help you through the process that would reveal where you went wrong in your interaction with me. You do not need to admit you are wrong facetiously when you said "I'm sorry what now?" By saying it this way, I sincerely doubt that apology was earnest. When judging the situation, you should not allow the fact that I am an non-believer and the OP is a believer to prejudice you to the facts of who was behaving badly.

You may choose to reply or not reply, as your conscience dictates. Thank you for your prayers for good things. And I hope that your god will open your eyes to the reality of this situation.

Regards,

UF

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
