Examining the Passover, this is what I learned:

In pre-Mosaic times it may have been a spring festival only, but in its present observance as a celebration of deliverance from the yoke of Egypt, that significance has been practically forgotten.

That is not true.

1. There is no such thing as "pre-Mosaic" as far as Passover was concerned. Passover was first initiated in Exodus 12 as a commandment from God to Moses. There is no Spring festival out of which Passover came.

2. To say that the celebration of deliverance from Egypt has been forgotten, is incorrect. I have lead seven seders, myself, and have been to scores of others. The deliverance from Egypt is THE theme of a standard seder and in Messianic seders that theme is coupled with our deliverance from sin through Messiah. In every seder, one of the largest sections of the seder is known as the "Maggid." This is where the deliverance from Mizrayim (Egypt), called "the house of bondage."

I have a problem with your post. First you say:

The primary comparison that I see is the blood which delivers, the blood of the [paschal lamb]: the Lamb of God, i.e., Jesus. When God makes a covenant, he seals it with blood, the blood of an innocent lamb. In this respect I would agree that there is an intimate connection, the blood of a lamb delivered Israel out of Egypt, and the blood of the Lamb of God delivers the world out of the condemnation, if they believe.

First you disagree with me that Passover and the Lord's sacrifice are intimately connected, but then you turn around and AGREE with me in the same post that the two are intimately connected. Which is it?

in regards to the point of praying to mary (I don't know how to copy paste here)

when I ask some one to pray for me they are ALIVE

when you ask mary to pray for you to interseed for you or what ever, you are asking a dead person...................

She is not to be prayed to talked to etc.

We have discussed argued debated

I still find it hard to call all who proclaim the name of Jesus Brother or Sister

We know that the mormans 7 day adventest etc are cults false doctrine etc

but we have christian leaders who say we must call some brother and sister becuase they name the name of Jesus they do it under false doctrine and we must accept it becuase Jack van empy or paul crouch or billy graham or some other hot shot tells us we must.................

What does the Bible say that is the issue............

I can not in all counscience do what all these people want me to do

the pope says the muslems will go to heaven because they believe in the same God we do

the pentacostels (some of them) say unless we speak in a heavenly language we are not saved

etc. it goes on and on

if you don't go to church you are not saved

Jesus did not pay the whole price on the cross He had to suffer in hell at the hands of satan for 3 days

Jesus death on the cross was not enough we still need to suffer for our sins hence pergatory

praying to dead people

all this is unscriptual all this is another Jesus another gospel.............

I don't have all the answers in fact I don't know most of the questions but I do know that one day we will all stand before God and be held accountable for who we sat under who we listend to and we will be without excuse............!!!!!!!!

my favorite singer is now aligned with Benny Hinn and it breaks my heart he may be the most popular preacher today he may be the star of the gospel but that does not make him right and that does nopt make him a true man of God.............

I will not call hinn my brother

I will not call the pope a true man of God ( when he says the only way to salvation is threw the catholic church he is wrong )

I will not sup with one who tells me that unless I speak in tounges I am not saved

I will not fellowship with one who condemns me for having short hair ( I love long hair but it gives me violent head aches)

UNITY AT THE COST OF DOCTRINE is not only wrong it is unscriptual

If I offend some so be it

I will take the Word of God and STAND !!!!!!!

am I always right of course not I learn from my mistakes I get in the Word and find the answers and I humbely repent...............

Even I will be without excuse on the day of Judgement

but remember NARROW IS THE WAY AND FEW THERE BE THAT FIND IT............

many will stand before the Lord and He will say depart from me I never knew you.

I don't want to be one of those...........

there are so many lost souls out there searching for answers searching for the Love of the Lord and we christians can't even agree what is true and what is false any more we must all love and unite and forget our differences even if they are not scriptual or not doctrine What does the Lord SAY ??????
