Are you Holy?

Do you know who you are in Christ?

Holy.....belonging to or coming from God, spiritually perfect or pure; free from sin.

Just some of the definitions from Mr. Webster.

Through my re-birth in JESUS......I am Holy! :D

Guest GloryaRose

Only the Lord is Perfect in Holiness.

There is none other who is Holy.

We are to walk and Live in His Holiness...

...as equipped by His Grace...

We are declared Righteous before God because of the Atoning work of Our Savior....

We may enter in to His Holiness...

But we are not Perfect...

Our own likeness after the Holiness of the Lord is not perfected...

We are not capable of true, perfected, or complete holiness.

Not even the Seraphim surrounding the Holy Throne of the Lord God, can utter anything but their awe and praise in the presence of the Most High, Most Holy God.

When we get to heaven and can clearly see the Holiness of the Lord, we will be unable to do anything else but fall on our faces before Him in wonder of Him....in wonder of His Holiness.

Dear RCruise,

Amen to your post.  Your post was in answer to prayer this morning.  Thank you for posting it. You gave a sister in Christ encouragement.   You've conveyed exactly what the Lord has been revealing to me as well in this day and time.  In fact I've done a study on a lot of the very same Scriptures and it is awesome!!!

In His Love,

Suzanne

Ever thought about santification?

Santification is the experience, beginning in regeneration, by which the believer is set apart to God's purposes, and is enabled to progress toward moral and spiritual maturity through the presence an power of the Holy Spirit dwelling in Him.
