Well, I spent most of the day watching the hearings....... I found it very eye opening.

You didn't clarify your statement in any way.

I personally find it a total waste of time and taxpayer dollars: history shows these hearings are just occasions for politicians to blow smoke then do nothing.

However, I would be interested in your imput.

actually, history does not val. . .I do believe they did something about Nixon. Anyone who says such proceedings are a waste of time arn't paying attention to history. Even if Obama comes out the winner, its not a waste of time-it means someone, is willing to stand up and say this is wrong-and even if they lose, thats a good thing-we are always to stand for whats right, even if it seems an uphill battle.

No one ever did anything about Nixon. He was allowed to resign and then he was pardoned by Pres. Ford.

Since the Clinton presidency we have had hearing after hearing after hearing. Nothing changes.

He was allowed to resign, yes, but the point is he was still out of office, so your argument that nothing was done is moot-something was done, whether it was a forced resignation, or something else. I would be happy with that with obama-as long as hes gone I could care less. So, the fact is something was done-period.

And the fact remains, hearing or no, at least someone is standing up to the man-the whistleblowers are standing up even after being threatened, they are having the hearing. the hearing itself regardless of outcome is a good thing in my mind-and this is a lot bigger, then clinton sleeping with his secretary-no one got killed there.

It's readily evident that this Administration has American blood on it's hands. The next question is; "who ordered the stand down?" The follow up is; "where was Obama?"

I love irony. It was Hillary who said that Obama would get a 2 AM wake up call and fail. However, it looks like not only was it true but that she was complicite.

It was also Obama who stood in that debate with Romney and stated that he was accountable for those lives and that he would take the hit on it. He just didn't know that anyone was ever going to find out what really happened.

I just don't know at this point if the American public will be outraged enough to demand action though. Half of them have been bought off and of the other half 25% are asleep.

You didn't clarify your statement in any way.

I personally find it a total waste of time and taxpayer dollars: history shows these hearings are just occasions for politicians to blow smoke then do nothing.

However, I would be interested in your input.

It will most likely depend on just what the main stream media really covers...... More and more people are beginning to watch and read other news organizations, but it will still largely depend on what is reported. No doubt not very many people spent 5 hours today watching the thing live, nor would many listen to the whole thing if they had it on tape.

Basically if I were a house member I'd start impeachment proceedings next week...... however I think this is a very long way from being over. Many questions were raised today that the three that were being questioned were not in the place to know the answers. If everyone had watched the whole day I do believe that the democrats would be in serious trouble in the next two elections. They were obviously covering for the Administrations short comings and bad decisions.....

Basically, the upper levels of the Administration knew that the security was not what it was supposed to be and when things fell apart we simply left the people to defend for themselves....... then tried to cover it up by talking about video's when the president of Libya had said that it was a terrorist attack and was associated with Islamic Radicals.

So we even undercut the fledgling government of Libya and put their new president in a bad spot......

And all for what........ Hopefully we can find more about that later. The house investigation is really just starting.

Now, I hate to be the doomsday prophet here, I already said I think these hearings are a good thing-and I still hold that and I think they need to happen and I hope action comes. However, just to play prophet here, If it starts looking bad for Obama, I see them claiming this is the republican party conspiring against him because they were sore losers-which could go in both his favor, and the democrats favor for the next election regardless of outcome-and even if he is found guilty, and thrown out of office, Im not convinced we would be any better off with Biden. It maybe that with Obama gone, Biden would lose his credibility-but its just as possible-especially if they twist the media just right to make obama to look like the victim of republican foul play, that he would become just as much, if not more so, of a problem then Obama is now. So in reality, Im not sure it would leave us in much of a better spot-but all the same I would like to see the hearings proceed and see Obama impeached, if nothing else it would show that maybe there is a flicker of hope for america after all.

You're probably right patriot. Some of the democrats were already trying to move blame over to the republican house and senate by lowering the budgets for the past years....... even after the people in the state department saying that the budget reductions had nothing to do with it.

I'm just fascinated as to why it really happened in the first place...... one the surface it looks like total incompetence and I've gotten tired of that excuse a long time ago.

They keep talking about CIA people and military people being there and I have to ask myself what they were doing there also.

It's sounding more and more like the stories I've heard about the US running guns and amo from there through the Turks to the rebels in Syria may actually be true.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
