Declare the Favor of God in your Life

I am the righteousness of God, therefore, I am entitled to the blessings and promises of the covenant of Abraham. Covenant favor of God surrounds the righteous, therefore, it surrounds me everywhere I go and in everything I do. I expect the favor of God to be in manifestation in my life right now. I will always have the favor of God. The favor of God is on me, it rests richly on me, it abounds abundantly in me and I am part of the generation that is experiencing it immeasurable, limitless and surpassing; therefore, the favor of God produces in my life: supernatural increase, promotion, restoration, honor, increased assets, greater victories, recognition, prominence, preferential treatment, petitions granted, policies and rules changed and battles won that I don’t even have to fight. The favor of God is on me, it goes before me; therefore my life will better from this day forward. I lay claim to the favor of God both with you Lord and with man in all my endeavors this day and every day the rest of my life in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Joh 15:18-20  If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.  (19)  If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.  (20)  Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

Rom 8:16-18  The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:  (17)  And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.  (18)  For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

Php 4:11-13  Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.  (12)  I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.  (13)  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Heres a couple more I'll add to ninhao's since I was thinking along the same lines myself

Said of Paul

Acts 9:13 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.

Said by Peter

1Peter 3:14 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

Said of James of those who have spoken in the name of the Lord

James 5:10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.

James 5:11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

Tribulation worketh patience, and he says Ye have heard of the patience of Job

(Ye have also heard of the trying of Jobs faith even through tribulation)  but at least we are encouraged

2Cr 4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

The OP sounds like prosperity gospel type stuff, and the Bible is really clear on how a believer's life really is. Jesus called it the narrow way for a reason.

Brother i don't say this to discourage you , some of my family proclaimed this , and it started with a focus on themselves and when a trial or test came they fell apart and still ended with a focus on themselves wondering why God had forsaken them , there was no God in it to start to finish , everything according to God's will , were going to go through tests and trial's and we learn to endure and we learn to be content , one thing a brother of mine learned was that we put others before ourselves Philippians 2:3 Instead of being motivated by selfish ambition or vanity, each of you should, in humility, be moved to treat one another as more important than yourself., That doesn't mean i think that God won't bless other's what ever it would be in God's will for them , but I think their heart's and motivation has to be right , and not of self , If  pray that that God will show favor to some one it would be that of a critical need that need's to be met but not for want's recognition, prominence,and gain , again brother i hope this doesn't offend , I have seen this teaching and without balance in God's word can be destructive .

If you look under grace it also means favor, Like when Noah found grace (favor) in the eyes of the Lord. But even when Paul was given a thorn in the flesh, and asking God to take this thing from him, God answered him with my grace is sufficient for thee there. 2 Cr 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2Cr 12:10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

Yep, part of the prosperity gospel, which is "another" gospel as Paul might say. Also known as "Blab It & Grab It" :whistling:

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

      Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

      This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
