You've moved from the cool temperate European location of your ancestors to a sub-tropical climate (if you're in the South) or to a desert climate (if you're in Arizona) or to a tropical climate (if you're in South Florida). So this Global-Warming redhead-extinction theory has already been dis-proven. There are gingers living and breeding to produce more gingers in the hotter parts of Australia and Brazil and they've been doing so for decades. Honestly, who makes this stuff up? How does global warming affect her? My friend with red hair and blue eyes moved to the foggy coast so her thousands of freckles won't show up. Also, her pale skin sunburns easily. So she hides. My dad has the scandinavian blue eyes and blond hair. He also lives in arizona. No one in my family is facing extinction because of our coloration.
