Satan is that king, the angel of the bottomless pit. In Rev.12:7 forward we are shown he and his angels will be cast down to this earth among us, in OUR dimension. He is coming 'here', on earth, in person, and the majority of the world will wonder at him, meaning they will wonder at who he is, not being able to recognize him as the devil in person. Pretty obvious many here aren't even ready for that, because of the thinking that it will be someone else other than Satan himself. Satan gives his power and throne to the Beast, and the second Beast speaks like a dragon, but it really doesn't say that it is Satan himself. Where do you get from scripture that Abaddon is another name for Satan. I'm not following your thoughts here?????

Satan's beast is defined here [Revelation 9:11; 11:7; 13:1-4; 17:8-18] This entity is not human, but a fallen angel like Satan Abaddon rules over 7 human Middle Eastern kingdoms and related king positions for Satan 5 have fallen and 2 more will follow at the end of this present age, the 6th smaller, and the 7th expanded Abaddon will be released from the abyss by Satan [Revelation 9:1] and will manifest in the human little horn of Daniel's visions [Daniel 7:7-25; 8:9-25, 9:26-27 [the other prince]; 11:36-45; 12:7] Those titles of Abaddon and Apollyon are titles FOR Satan, not another like him. Beloved, Be Gentle To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. Titus 3:2 We're All Peddling As Fast As We Can~! These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. Those comments about those historical kingdoms, people add to scripture. Glad you pointed that out.

Both titles Abaddon (Hebrew) and Apollyon (Greek) mean 'Destroyer', yet another title of Satan's.

Rev.9 11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. If you're going to claim understanding of the English language, you might try to learn what a subject and object in a sentence is. The subject is that "king" "which is the angel of the bottomless pit", and the objects are those other names he has, "Abaddon" in the Hebrew, and "Apollyon" in the Greek. Now little children, who is the "angel of the bottomless pit"? Satan.

Salty, the bottomless pit or abyss is a prison..... why would be Satan be the king of the prison holding the fallen angels and the demons that have been sent there.
