The lane dedicated to mobile phones tells pedestrians: "Walk in this lane at your own risk." "Am I supposed to jump to the other side of the path when I get an incoming phone call?" one user questioned. "The ploy seems to have created a new problem: street congestion, as hordes of people stop in their tracks to snap photos of the special sidewalk." http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-china-blog-29201934

At least you know what there are doing. What does confuse me is when someone appears to be walking along talking to them self and gesturing with their hands. Are they a bit mad, confused, etc or do they have one of theses hands free things stuck in there ear?
