Guest Judas Machabeus
All religions will join under one - the False Prophet. They will find common fronts. Oh dear! I very much doubt that coming together to defend marriage as God lays it out in the bible is going to lead to one world religion.

To do otherwise gives him, and the RCC, legitmacy.
Guest shiloh357
Why isn't the biblical model/definition of marriage good enough? One man marries one woman and they stay faithful to each other until they die. That's biblical definition of marriage. We don't need to re-invent the wheel in order to define what the Bible has already defined.

How can we join with a group that exaults Mary to co-redemptix and not speak out. Where is praying to and for the dead? What business does Warren an Copeland etc even being with someone who Warren calls "holy father"?? As you can see a most riling topic. The more we stay apart to more we justify not treating them as we would ourselves.

( as is spell check right now) Mary does not redeem and no Catholic in their right mind would say that. Only Yeshua saves and on him they rely. I see no good coming from bashing Catholics. Only hate. Guest Teditis
It seems to me that the predominant faith that's held by world leaders is Secular Humanism. They'll be the ones deciding what constitutes a marriage for the purposes of demographics and tax purposes and the like. Legitimate religions will take a back seat to those decisions and might do better focusing on what they consider a "marriage" inside their own congregations, outside the purview of the governments control. Precisely, let them have they own ways apart from ours. But still we have marriage issues among the faithful, mainly due to clinging to man's way and not The Father's.
