I read that a lot of law official and police get kick backs from private prisons for sending 'customers' there, that is why America has the largest proportion of prison inmates. The prison charge a lot more than a fancy hotel on the tax payer's dime. A lot of people that shouldn't get punished with a prison sentence got sent there for profit's sake. This was an abuse of power on the part of the judge and prosecutor. In my area, they can start at 5 am. And they do. I hear the garbage trucks that early. And the ones who cut grass and trim trees start that early too. Kwik, you folks complain if they start before 830 am? You have it so easy.

Yes,you are right but it does not come without a price,,,,,I live in a private city that has it's own private police dept, private sanitation dept etc..... Broward County ordinances are much different than ours & I imagine they can begin work much earlier than here,,,,,we pay very very very high taxes that do afford us these luxuries,,,,,,,,, residents here pay 3 times the amount of taxes that a County resident pays,,that gives the residents a lot to say.......... With love-in Christ,Kwik I would hope that the fellow was warned prior to his arrest,I know our police dept here in my City are not looking to throw people in jail,,,,,,they are only hoping to keep things orderly and lawful

At least the birds are not ripping the bags open at that hour!! You can't win by trying to do good work.
