I agree, no thanks, I don't want to break anything.  I have lived to 62 and had some pretty bad falls and have broken nothing, well actually I cracked to vertebra, but nothing broken like an arm or leg or hip.  So I think will just take is slow and easy.

Who or what is Tesco?

"Tesco is a British multinational grocery and general merchandise retailer headquartered in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England, United Kingdom.

It is the third largest retailer in the world measured by profits

Tesco is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.

It had a market capitalisation of approximately £20.5 billion as of 4 August 2014, the 28th-largest of any company with a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange."

More important are their innovated technologies,

which bring a new meaning to shopping as demonstrated in this thread.

It is said, that trampoline inspired bouncy aisles will be adopted by other large supermarkets in the USA.

However, this will only be after new legislation is passed by the senate due to health and safety regulations.

Yes, it was a historical date not only for Tesco but dare I say for all?

Shopping reached a new level.  :26:

That would explain why I've never heard of it.  I doubt if the aisles will be adopted here in th U.S. because people are too quick to sue.

It very well could be an April fools attempt, but perhaps there is a secondary motive here.  How would Tesco could pay for all those injury law suits and the actual installation of the trampolines by collection all of the loose change that will fall out of the bouncing shoppers pockets into a collection conveyor belt under the trampoline!
