I think that Jesus did and does speak for God. That thay are one and the same. So I would answer my own question with a yes. I would like to know how other Christians feel about this and why? Some Biblical text to prove your point would be helpful.

What you are really asking is -  "Is Jesus God?"

I can only let scripture speak for itself.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 1:1

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

John 1:14

But to be more specific and directly answer your question "Can Jesus said be replaced with God said?", if you believe that Jesus is God then logically you should be able to answer this question yourself.

The name of Jesus carries the authority of God, thus whatever Jesus said:- he is speaking for God.

Jesus is God, so in that sense, the answer is yes, but when it comes to changing God's Word, I don't believe in doing it, so if the text uses the name Jesus, that is what I am using.

John 12:49For I have not spoken on my own authority,

but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment

—what to say and what to speak.

Since Jesus was the visible and verbal manifestation of God the Father, whatever He said is exactly what the Father would have said. "Manifestation" in this context means that He is God the Word, revealing the Godhead to mankind physically and verbally.

*Technically* it is the God the Holy Spirit who gave us the written Word of God, so we can see that the triune Godhead is fully involved with the words of Christ as well as the words of Scripture.

Once again we are dealing with "the Mystery of God" so human reasoning must give way to faith.  Those who had seen and heard Christ had, in a sense, seen and heard the Father (who is and will always remain invisible).  The tragedy is that the majority of those who were privileged to see Him in the flesh rejected Him and despised Him.  But blessed are those who have not seen and yet believed.

Can (What) The LORD Jesus Said

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The same was in the beginning with God.

All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. John 1:1-3

Be Replaced With (What)

And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: Ephesians 3:9

God Said?

By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, and by the breath of his mouth all their host. Psalm 33:6(ESV)

Yes

And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world:

thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.
Now they have known that all things

whatsoever thou hast given me

are of thee. John 17:5-7

Yes

For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them,

and have known surely that I came out from thee,

and they have believed that

thou didst send me. John 17:8

Indeed~!

Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;

That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee,

that they also may be one in us:

that the world may believe

that thou hast sent me.

And the glory which thou gavest me

I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one;

and that the world may know that thou hast sent me,

and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. John 17:20-23

And For Those

For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. John 3:34

Who Question What Others May

And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. John 20:28

Biblically Call Jesus

Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. John 20:29

Yes Jesus and Father are God. They and Holy Spirit are one God. It is hard to understand, but it is like water, ice, and water vapor (evaporating) are all one thing but they are in different forms. So is Father, Son and Holy Spirit all one God but they have different persons.

It is the Holy Trinity three persons but one God.

I agree in principle, but it would make for awkward language in certain contexts - like when Jesus is teaching about, or talking to the Father. I think I'm happy to leave scripture as is;)
