Thallasa, is it possible for you to make a post without having to make everything about how much you hate the US???  It is getting really tiresome with you jumping on every thread and having to make some jab at America.

Honestly, if we were talking about peanut butter and jelly sandwiches you would find  way to bash America.   Take your America bashing somewhere else.  It is not welcome here.

If you can't actually post on the topic without complaining about  America, then just don't bother posting.

What about the fact that most very rich bankers are American and Jewish ,How does that fit into this 'victim' story ?

Again, Thallasa and I am only going to say this once more.   Stop with the America bashing and the anti-Semitic Jew bashing or else I am reporting you to the moderators!!!   This thread is not for you to tear down America or spew lies about the Jews and if you keep it up you WILL be reported.   Do you understand???

The Arabs STILL reject the partition plan.  They don't want it and never have.    They don't want a  two state-solution.  They want a one state solution where Israel no longer exists.   The two state solution is the fantasy being imposed on the Arabs and Israel by the international community.

Resolution 181 isn't really even doable and harking back to that resolution is pointless.  Resolution 181 depends on the Arabs also recognizing Israel as  legitimate nation, and they refuse  to.   Ironically, every time a two-state solution was presented, the Arabs rejected it (1936, 1947 and 2000)    So the problem is really Arabs.

It's not a wall,  it is security fence and you need to recognize it for what it is.   Can you say, S-E-C-U-R-I-T-Y F-E-N-C-E?    It is not a wall or a barrier or anything else.  The link you provided completely ignores that the Palestinians made the security fence necessary due to terrorist infiltration into Israel as well as terrorist sniper fire coming from the West Bank.   The UN is not a friend to Israel and frankly refuses to acknowledge that the Palestinians engage in day and night ongoing acts of terrorism against Innocent Israeli civilians men, women and children.

The  UN through the UNWRA continues to keep the Palestinians as refugees and only allows them benefits so long as they maintain refugee status.   The UN is neither a fair nor objective source for information.   The UN is littered with a majority anti-Semtic, pro terror nations who are guilty of supporting terrorism against Israel.   The UN is a supporter of terrorism and is decidedly against Israel an the legitimacy of Israel's existence.

For that reason, I really don't view your continued appeals to the UN as being important or authoritative.   All you can do is repost the same lies and misinformation over and ove

I understand and appreciate you are expressing your opinion on the matter.  It has spurred me on to further reading to deepen my understanding of what has been transpiring in this region of the world  From everything I read from the UN, if I am to weigh the two stances comparatively to each other, then, logically speaking, it seems one should give most weight to the first hand testimony of the principal governing body involved as to events and intentions and results. I find that the UN and the legal findings and opinions from this international body, which you yourself appealed to, carries far more weight, being first hand evidence.  Logically speaking then, the UN, the originator of the original resolution, would be the best and most competent judge and authority, being the original source and creator of resolution 181, regarding its continued legitimacy.

As far as the wall goes, I do understand it is referred to both within and without Israel in several ways, one of which is "security fence"  among others such as  "separation barrier" by B'TSELEM The Israel Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories, so I don't find the name "security fence" alone to be compelling in understanding its effect or use.

I do find first appealing to the UN in regards to the legitimacy (or lack thereof) for the non-existence of the State of Palestine, then denigrating this same body you appealed to, to be confusing.

I agree with you, and I am much more concerned about the 'evil' in the US administration, than in the Vatican  ,which is small

peanuts in comparison to the destructive  power of your nation . There are many looking in the wrong direction for the 'enemy'.,

Thallasa, I have to agree.   I am much more concerned with what is happening in my own backyard than I am in the Vatican.

What happened to kindness, etc?   I have seen no bashing of the US.  In my opinion Thallasa has expressed legitimate concerns.  Can one not express their concerns without worrying about being treated unkindly?  I am confused by what I see happening here in contrast with the very well written 10 commandments of forum posting on this site.

She comes on every thread over and over and over again, just to bash the US over and over and over again, not to engage the conversation, but to air her hatred of the US and now evidently, she has shown she also anti-Semitic.   So my comments are not unwarranted.   And the lack of kindness is from her not me.   She knows I am American and makes a point to jump on threads I am participating in just to stick in my eye about her hatred of the US and I simply expressed the fact that I have come to the end of the line with this nonsense and not putting up with it anymore.  That's not unkind. The kindness was that I have waited for weeks and months until it just gets too ridiculous to wink at anymore.

Where do you see antisemitism?   I am also American and didn't see hatred against the US.    There is a great deal to be concerned about in the US right now  - I think we can all agree on that issue.

Actually I was not giving you any opinions.  I have studied the Palestinian/Arab onging war of attrition against Israel for over 20 years and have forgotten more about this topic than you likely know.

What I have provided is the CORRECT history and sequence of events.   You appeal to an anti-Semitic organization that is hostile to Israel as  if they are an objective source for understanding of this conflict and the security fence.

The security fence is what it is, and what the Israeli gov't calls it and has always called it.  I am being kind in assuming that you don't know what you're talking about and are simply ignorant regarding the actual history and dynamics of this conflict.  I am running form the assumption that you don't believe that Israel is an illegitimate nation.

My postion is correct.  Your position is wrong and based on ignorance and wrong information, very poorly applied.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
