He says seek God and you will find him, he has the old testiment, and it his guideline in making his direction in life, he is guided by the phalms, he is meditating on the word of the God of David.

He very much reminds me of your post, but he is a Moslem.

He does not speak agains Jesus, he speaks about the laws of God, how all are created by God. 

He follows the law of Moses, he is devoted to God, he is better in good works than most of the people I know, he is a Moslem, he loves the law of God, he is obedient to God. 

I am sure that God can not judge his good works and tell him get away from me you worker of iniquity, I never knew you.

He is doing the right thing, and that's great. He is doing more then a lot of Christians do, for many believers, or christains, as my self once upon a time, long ago, thought that we are only to be concern with the new testament, and the old was not for us,

 but I come to realize over the years that our foundation, starts in the old testament, and  if he has attitude like that, he is seeking God, and that is what we all are called to do , to seek God, and follow Him, and then to love our neighbors, I would love to have him , next door to me, I could probably learn a lot, from him. for he comes from a custom, that is against the God of the bible, and for him to be like that is awesome, shows that God is working in his life,

God said,. if my people shall call on my name and repent of their Sin, he will forgive them there Sins, and save them,

 and that is what the bible tells all of us, from the jew to the gentile, to the stranger, to the humble

To substitute charity for what.

You must have misread the post, 

This man is Moslem, I am sure you know what that means.

This man even thought he is Moslem he has good fruit, deep love and reverence for God.

This man is above repentance.

Dare to tell him repent and change your life, and test him. 

He is the one to sit in judgement of all of us, his good works, love for God, charity, and love for honesty is above ours.

What is he going to repent about, is he doing too much charity, and good works, from his devotion of keeping the ten commandments, from his love for honesty, you tell him repent and you have judge your self. Why did you say he is full of the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit is guiding to live the good life.

 from what you said ,I believe he has repented already and now he is living in accordance to the torah, and that is okay, for blessed are those that seek righteousness, and blessed are those, that seek God, no one is refused salvation, Jesus died for all manklind ,

God wants, the obedience of the heart mind and soul, he is a created being like you and me , and God knows his heart, and my heart and your heart, He knows who is his, and who hears the voice, so its okay, you do not have to do anything,     blessings and peace
