That doesn't make the Pope responsible even if you are right that he is "one of those" - then he is only "one" of those, not "the one" responsible. Hatred, not love, leads people to make slanderous accusations and character assassination, and this leads one spiritually down a dangerous path. I doubt what the Pope has to say has much of an impact on Muslims or Merkel -- a Lutheran minister's daughter who decided to allow an army of unaccompanied young Muslim males from repressive Islamic societies into an open culture where both alcohol and "immodest" infidel women are now easily available to them. I also hold the Pope accountable for a lot of the PC nonsense like global warming, unfettered immigration and molly coddling islam. I don't think it's because he's an evil man or trying to control the world; he's what you said; a liberal, leftist, anticapitalist, PC MAN. Isn't he like a hundred years old? I am trying to not be close minded so I am going to check him out. I know he has a son who's probably about 70 but I know nothing about him at all. As far as I am aware they get a good price for it. Are you one of those people who believes that everything the West does is stealing? In fact the Saudis for example are useless. It was our engineers who dug for the oil, developed the technology to build the pipelines and the rigs, while they just sat back and got rich from it. Bombing them? Of course.... but there is a war on which they started. Do you also think that we bombed the poor, innocent Nazis during World War 2? As for hatred of the Irish, the Blacks and the Russians.... there's no comparison. There was no justification in hating the Irish or the Blacks, they didn't strap suicide vests to themselves and try to kill innocent people. If people are wary of Muslims then it's only the Muslims themselves who are to blame for all this. You appear to be a victim of 'moral relativism', the curse of modern thinking!
