I don't think so these scriptures clearly tell you that demons can cause diseases 

Luke 13:11 “and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all.

Luke 13:16 “Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day from what bound her?" (Christ proclaims deliverance from these diseases caused by the evil one)

Matthew 17:15-18  “Lord, have mercy on my son,” he said. “He has seizures and is suffering greatly. He often falls into the fire or into the water. 16 I brought him to your disciples, but they could not heal him.” 17 “You unbelieving and perverse generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy here to me.” 18 Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed at that moment.

Matt 10:1 “He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.” 

The power of healing that Christ handed out to his disciples is not only to drive out demons, but also to heal every disease and sickness.  Again sickness is closely associated with evil spirits here.

Acts 10:37-38That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; 38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

This verse couldn’t be clearer: those who were healed from diseases by Christ were under the power of the devil.  In other words, the devil had caused these diseases in these people,

That Scripture tells me that God has created everything. That includes diseases, illnesses. But you can interpret the Scripture as you like. That is your choice. The world is full of them.

I am not interpreting anything that's what the bible says. Not only have I given valid scriptures but so has hazard. So it seems that even though the scriptures have been presented you still choose to interpret it how you want instead of how the bible says. So as I said before just because the scripture doesn't agree with your opinion your just  avoiding it

Acts 5:16, There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with UNCLEAN SPIRITS; and they were HEALED very one. 

Acts 19:12, So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, AND THE EVIL SPIRITS WENT OUT OF THEM.
