An airline can't prevent you from deplaning before the flight takes off..I would sue. A passenger also has the right to call out a pilot if they feel he/she is impaired. Looks like another manifestation of the insanity that is taking hold of people after the elections. The question I have is how was this pilot allowed to breeze through to the plane instead of being stopped, reprimanded, and immediately replaced? There was another incident recently with a couple of drunken pilots almost ready to take off and kill themselves and a whole bunch of passengers. Why are the airlines not taking more precautions after these reports become public knowledge?
