I wouldn't doubt one bit of it either. His affair with another woman suggests that he is ready to move on with his life, even if he has to kill his wife to do it.

Actually, a lot of this is fact and comes from direct eyewitness testimony. For example, numbers 7 and 8: These come from statements made by one of the hospice nurses. A hospice nurse stated that she saw Michael leave Terri's room after a 20 minute visit with the door closed. When she entered Terri's room to chck on her Terri was sweating and crying. She checked Terri's blood levels and her sugar was way down that is when she discovered the needle marks and the empty syringe. She stated that she told the hospice director and the police. She was subsequently fired.

This is one side of the story there's always another side, like the hospice side. You won't get both sides listening to Hannity and Savage.

some churches congregations ( not sure if he is a member of any or not ) do not allow for divorce with out being kicked out of the church, but common adultry, and murder can be accepted..... ( again, HMMMMmmmm ).....

However, neither Hannity's nor Savage's commentaries have anything to do with the statements themselves. As of yesterday, in fact, another nurse corroborated the first nurse's story with her own testimony. So whether Hannity and Savage are bias or not, it doesn't change the fact that these statements were made. My bringing up their shows was really only in relation to who was airing the statements.

The recorded statements themselves were not done on either Hannity or Savage, but I believe that Hannity invited them both to be on his television show.

It doesn't make any logical sense that they would intentionally lie in order to get their "15 second of fame." The things that they said about Michaal Schiavo would be criminal. Nobody risks jail just to be inteviewed on Hannity.

Terri Schiavo's parents were interviewed by Fox News yesterday and claimed that Michael Schiavo brought in a girlfriend only ONE YEAR after Terri suffered her affliction.

He brought the female into his wife's hospice room and said to her, "See, I told you she's dying."

This, according to Mr. Schindler, occurred only one YEAR after Terri suffered her horrible fate.

They STILL don't know what happened to cause her to collapse. Heart attack from a perfectly healthy 26 year old woman is unlikely. They are highly suspect that Schiavo caused this problem.

He appears to be quite intelligent. He knows how to administer injections, having taken nursing courses himself. If he's administering glucose shots to his wife, he knows what could potentially happen to her.

Why on EARTH would Terri Schiavo be found crying after her husband left her room and hypodermic needles are found in the trash?

Doesn't anyone else smell a rat here? Duh?

BTW, he still has 50K in the bank left over from the million dollar malpractice lawsuit he won.

He spent 400K of the million which was designated to be used FOR TERRI for therapy...to pay for lawyers.

He refused to allow her dental work done when her teeth were rotting.

He stopped all continued therapy years ago!

He has a new wife now...and TWO kids with her... He sees the money from the malpractice suit disappearing and wants to preserve as much as possible.

If Terri dies, he gets another 250K from a life policy.

He benefits if she dies; he goes slowly broke if she doesn't. Let's remember he also wants to "save face" and not look like a monster.

Sorry, folks....this has got to be the most horrendous miscarriage of justice I've ever seen.

My husband and I have already revised our living will to completely counter our previous living will. We have now restated that we want EVERY effort made to sustain life in all situations. We don't want to end up like Terri Schiavo.
