I'm taking notes of your post for tomorrows lunch. :)

This salad is absolutely delicious, I bought red olives in red wine vinegar and there are sooo tasty, I love healthy foods , and probably eat way  too many nuts lol..

I also like a hard boiled egg in the salad...

What are your favorite foods?

I'm open to just about anything except for organ meats, like chicken livers, calves liver. Any organ meats. And I do not eat sushi.  Other than that I'm pretty open minded.

I'll go through my binder that I have in the kitchen and come up with something for celebration tomorrow.

Editing here.
I checked the binder. What are some of your favorite foods? Anyone at all may answer. I have tabs for breads, pasta dishes, meats, and such. Help to narrow it down for me because everything in there is my favorite. I do borrow recipes from cooking sites and shows and play with my own tastes so they may be familiar and not. You know?

Please do let me know.

God's blessings,

J.

Some people think it is bitter MG.

It IS bitter so I can't figure out why so many people like it.  Maybe it's an acquired taste....like beer or whiskey.  I never could acquire a taste for those either.

Yes. Every dehydrator comes with a booklet with instructions for different things but here's mine.  I cook the cobs just slightly - get kettle boiling and then put them in for 5 min & when they cool cut the kernels off the cob in large swaths. You can leave them in their rows if you get my drift and lie them on the dehydrator. As they dry you can break them into the kernels & put in quart jars. Mine kept great and tasted like fresh corn on the cob. When they get hydrated again they plump up like fresh kernels.

Wow!  I may need to buy a dehydrator.  i know you can dry all kinds of fruits and vegetable with those.  And make jerky!
