Baby baptism is not scriptural, scriptures clearly teach believers baptism, baby baptism is a perversion of the gospel.

Agreed. Infant baptism is not taught in Scripture. There is not one word that mentions any such practice. On the contrary, it is clear from Scripture that baptism is only after men have repented and have been born again by the Spirit of God. Infants are not lost due to the fact that they are not old enough to be responsible for their sins and therefore could not repent of known sins. Thy therefore cannot be fit candidates for water baptism which is a symbol of the death, burial  and resurrection of Jesus Christ and a testimony to the world that the individual has been saved from a life of sin and that he is walking in newness of life.

Only personal disciples and followers of Jesus Christ were commanded to be baptized.
(Matt. 28:19-20; mark 16-15-16; Acts 2:38-39).

If babies die they will go to heaven. So infant baptism is not necessary. If a family wants to have an infant dedicated to Christ in their Church and blessed that is ok. All children will go in the rapture of the Church before the seven year tribulation. There is an age of accountability which the Bible does not give an age. At that time when a boy or girl comes to know who Jesus Christ is and asked Him into their life they can be baptized and they will then be accountable for their saving faith in Jesus Christ.

Hazard, very said.

babies then are said to be part of the Church, here is an example in the Heidelberg Confession.

74. Q.

Should infants, too, be baptized?
A.
Yes.
Infants as well as adults
belong to God's covenant and congregation. 1
Through Christ's blood
the redemption from sin
and the Holy Spirit, who works faith,
are promised to them
no less than to adults. 2
Therefore, by baptism, as sign of the covenant,
they must be incorporated into the Christian church
and distinguished from the children of unbelievers. 3
This was done in the old covenant by circumcision, 4
in place of which baptism was instituted
in the new covenant.

No, I never said that at all. Here again is what I said;

And, I have added this, (Matt. 28:19-20; mark 16-15-16; Acts 2:38-39).

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. (Acts 2:38). Now can anyone tell us how an infant can repent, and from what an infant should repent of?
