How do you explain these verses with your free willy doctrine? What about John 3:3 does a person make himself born again?

Eph 2:3  Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
Eph 2:4  But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Eph 2:5  Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

1Co 2:14  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

I strongly suggest that you read Ephesians chapter one and Romans chapter eight and nine.

appreciate  the  suggestion i have read them  and you are about as close to calvinism as they come..  not my first rodeo  i post in a calvinism forum also and  debate them very heavy  . sometimes i get my hands  spanked for remarks..

Why do you keep bringing up Calvinism, does that give you an excuse to poo poo away the scriptures I gave you? We should stick with scripture.

ok i was being nice  and respectful...  understand this  if you have poo poo  get your depends changed i have not veered  away from any scripture period...  your belief lines right up with calvinism   .  i really have no intent on exchanging  who is right who is wrong  .. my doctrine can beat up your doctrine  .  i find it useless and tasteless.   i like a spirited exchange of beliefs. but i will no longer respond to your poo poo  remarks

Umerited favor is offered to all.  GO ye into all the world preaching the gospel,

he who hears amen he who REJECTS GRACE the GOSPLE is damned.

SOUNDS LIKE grace is offered to all, sadly most reject it.     When Calvinism dies then open will be the eyes.

Has anyone noticed what mens doctrines have in common. 

Like say Calvinism .   INSTEAD of preaching the one who could be saved.  THEIR WHOLE MISSION becomes focused on their new doctrine.

I KNOW both who offers that and WHY.    

Your mission is no longer to win souls Robert.   its to focus on free will or not free will.    AN ENEMY has done this.

for the enemy knows with all strange doctrines the focus becomes that doctrine and NOT JESUS being preached as savoir anymore.

I KNOW < I KNOW you will come back and tell me JESUS is your focus , the preaching of Christ and him crucified

is your love and focus.

IF a man drinks pepsi all day long and then you tell that man why are you not focusing on drinking coke.   OH he may tell me coke is his love

but NOPE its pepsi he focuses on and drinks all the day long .  YOUR PEPSI is free will versus non free will.  IT SHOULD BE preaching JESUS and him crucified
