(Worthy News) - A 17-year-old immigrant who was detained after entering the country illegally should not be "obstructed" by government officials from having an abortion, a US federal judge ruled on Wednesday in Washington DC.

Judge Tanya Chutkan ordered US President Donald Trump's administration to move "promptly and without delay" to transport or allow the teen to be brought by others to the abortion provider closest to her shelter in Texas.

The order also temporarily bars officials from "retaliating against" the girl for her decision to undergo an abortion as well as stopping officials from revealing her decision or forcing her to disclose her decision. [ Source: Deutche Welle (Read More...) ]

Who is paying for her abortion? 

We were promised under a previous administration, and by certain liberal minded folks, that the govt wasnt paying for abortions.

This is kind of vague. Did she sneak into the US in order to get an abortion? Was she coming from a country where abortion is not legal? Who are these officials that need to be bared from retaliating against here for getting an abortion? There are many missing parts here?

Our courts are full of wicked federal judges.  That is why we need to  get rid of the entire federal judiciary, with the exception of the Supreme Court, and leave all matters to state courts.  Only the most serious matters would come before the Supreme Court.  The federal judiciary is mostly to blame for the condition this nation is in.  Judges like the one who ruled in this case need to go.

All good questions, but the thing to remember is that there is an agenda to promote abortion.  It is like the left gets giddy when abortions take place, and the more the better.

The left is not "giddy" over abortions. They do support pro-choice. But that does not mean one is "giddy" when an abortion takes place. :mellow:

The Left is pro-murder.   Democrats have always been in favor of murdering babies.   It is the party of societal sleaze.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree, because from what I have seen, the left wants as many abortions to take place as possible, and celebrates them.  There may be some who call themselves pro-choice that don't feel that way.  These are people that think it is unfair that women are sometimes hindered in the work place by the fact they can get pregnant, and see abortion as necessary to make them the equal of men.  They don't care one way or another if the woman kills her baby or lets it live, so long as it is her choice, but there are many that want a lot of abortions to take place.  Not only is it a huge money maker, but there are a lot of people that are huge into the population control issue that love seeing abortions take place.

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. 
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house. 

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
