Jeremiah 15:19-21 Therefore thus says the Lord: “If you return, Then I will bring you back; You shall stand before Me; If you take out the precious from the vile, You shall be as My mouth. Let them return to you, But you must not return to them. The early church purged the leaven OUT , did not hug it and let it leaven the whole lump. THEY did this for two reasons, ONE in hopes the one in error would repent and be restored back n AND for the welfare of the others , lest they too be tempted and the leaven rise up and fill the place. Jeremiah was sent to who, Gods people. the jews. this message IS RELEVANT for todays christain churches. for many of them, NOT ALL, but many of those churches do the bad examples that the false ones did back then. I bet you can SEE that pattern. BUT GOD don't change. I have a question for you One light . what makes GOD more furious. The tongue IS EVIL and this too is so true what james said , IF one can bridle his mouth OH he can bridle the whole body.\ Rumors , gossips , slander , lil jannie did this , oh man what a...................THAT NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN , its evil. Therefore lets hear a wonderful lesson of truth today. and this is truth . ready. WHEN one does us wrong , if we say not to them but go gossip and tell others how evil they are . WE KNOW NOT THE LOVE OF GOD FOR we desire not their soul to be saved , just vengeance. THE Correct JESUS INSPIRED , HOLY SPIRIT INSPIRED response would be if one did us wrong, Fear for THIER SOUL , quickly remind them of the wrong with the HOPE they repent . THEN and ONLY IF they don't hear it THEN go and bring two others and let it all be discussed and judged rightly , THEN we take it to the church IF they still wont repent . NOT for the cause of us being wronged............but for the sake of their soul. AKA we should LOVE THEM and desire no harm or payback done against them. Be amazed at HOW JESUS PATTERN DOES OFTEN WORK. sometimes they aint going to repent no matter what . At that point we separate them out in hopes they will repent and be restored.
