spiritual health needs help

i have a few incurable diseases(not aids)these are genetic, i am in pain 24 hours a day and muscle spasms all the time. social security denied my claim form help. I have been praying all day everyday since my fall that caused my legs to not work anymore, which put me in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. my hands have tremors ans spasms so it is very difficult to write this. I love GOD and I believe in JESUS as the only way to heaven. but i feel that i haved sinned so badly that I cannot be forgiven for it and thus the LORD has taken away my mobility. I havent worked in over a year. and it looks like i may never work again. I have called several local churches in my arwea but noone was there. I even tried to e-mail some to see if they can come to my house and teach me about why this is happening to me and why I should love a being I have never seen before I have had no responses to my emails....doesnt GOD want me mE???????? why are the churches doors closed to those in need now and why must we wait for sunday for the door to be opened for a few hours then closed again for another week...I thought GODS church is always open to those that are looking for him....what can I do...my medications that help control the pain and spasms make me sleep alot and make it unable for me to drive sio i cant even go to them for the spiritual help i need and i am seeking...can anyone here help me find a minister or a preacher that can help me or come to my home since i am unable to come to them.....thank you and GOD BLESS......oak

thank you butterfly, it sounds very inspiring, but my mental capacity makes it look confusing and i dont understand it all I am sorry very sorry. this is one of thye reasons for my pray and request for help...thankyou for trying........oak

What City and State are you in Oakleaf? I'll bet somebody here knows a good Minister or Priest in your area who would be more than willing to talk with you, and have you picked up for Church on Sundays!

I don't know what guilt you are holding onto, but do you not believe that:

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (I John 1:9)

I myself have an autoimmune disease - actually, I have a couple. One of them is rheumatoid arthritis (and I'm only in my 30's!).

Pain, suffering, sickness, death . . . these are all things of life common to us all.

As long as we are in this body of flesh, we have to deal with "the flesh."

Although it is true that sometimes suffering is the Lord's discipline, it does not necessarily mean that you are a worse sinner than anyone else, or that your sickness has a direct link to a particular evil.

Remember Job?

What did he say in response to his suffering?

Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him. (Job 13:15)

also

For I know that my Redeemer lives,

And He shall stand at last on the earth;

And after my skin is destroyed, this I know,

That in my flesh I shall see God,

Whom I shall see for myself,

And my eyes shall behold, and not another.

How my heart yearns within me!

(Job 19:25-27)

I know it is difficult to praise and worship the Lord when you are in pain, but this is the only way to truly get through it.

Just please don't be stuck in mis-belief that your suffering is because the Lord can't forgive you!

Jesus died for all sin, you know?

However, it does sound like you suffer chronic depression. I say this because I did, and I thought myself as the worst person in the world! I hated myself something aweful

This is a classic symptom of chronic depression.

It's all a lie.

It just takes time to deal with - and a desire to be set free from it.

what i am suffering from is ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, and i have a mild case of scoliosis. which of course a certain dgree of depression.......oak

I am in australia,so I cannot help with visits or churches addresses...btw,is a Calvary Chapel church there in minnesota?have a look on the Calvary chapel website,or send them an email,they are fantastic and very helping..try brother..

I would like to thank all of you for your prayers and support in these times of great diffculties that I am experiencing. The LORD has answered some of our prayers today. my brother in law called his pastor who came over and we talked for hours, I am closer to GOD and with GOD on my side and JESUS in my heart I can overcome this great obstacle. I have been lead down the right path and my faith has grown because of it. the pastor asnwered most of my questiones and has offered a type of support that makes house calles to those unable to get to a church like me. they will listen to my fears and questions and they will answer and teach me more about the LORD. thank you all and thank GOD for sending me here for help and prayers. REJOICE in HIS name for we are all his children....amen........oak
