Oh, but we are called to be perfect as He is perfect.  Maybe you're too young to remember how believers of older times used to sing and talk about having this little thing called "victory".....sort of an old fashioned word to us now.  We need to stop excusing ourselves and seek to be what His word says we can be

Out aims to seek perfection, Jesus also said go & sin no more, are you saying we do not now sin, to be perfect we must OBEY. Which seems to be a scary word in Christendom these days, legalism is them brought up almost immediately especially for those sabbath keepers, Oh! we can't keep the commandments, we have a advocate, so lets just not worry about obeying, obedience.

It is clear to me we must try to seek perfection through obedience but will not attain it to the level of supreme perfection. The sanctification process will continue throughout our life. Or what is the sanctification process if it is immediate, it means one cannot fall from grace once saved always saved.

The butterfly prior to coming into a flying beauty is a bug, but is that bug still not perfect though he hasn't reached his potential.

God bless

Newbie Believers take note.....All of this is a waste of time unless you are fortunate enough to get the all- important “Lucky Repentance”. That would be the Repentance which does the True Saving. If you sin and then die before you repent of that sin , Christianity has been a cruel joke for you—— you are headed for the eternal fires of Hell.Worse case scenario.....you have lived an exemplary life....all due Repentance is paid up...you have a new slate.....you are driving down the interstate......watch out!! ......here comes a semi- truck in your lane.....you scream out  awwww sh—! You are then killed instantly......your luck was bad......you had no time to  repent of that sin.....you wake up in Hell. “The righteous shall LIVE by FAITH” is what God says—- not “ The righteous shall live by timely, constantly updated repentance with your fingers crossed at all times , lest you

Be  unlucky”.Modern day Judaizers that add to,that is “ pervert” Paul’s Gospel given to him by Jesus never talk out Grace. You finish the Christian walk the same way you started it.The grace payed for by Christ at the Cross that saved you because of your faith will get you Home.Count on it.Dont count on luck!

I never denied the righteous should live by faith

nor did I reject repentance

James 2:14-26 faith without works is dead

I really couldn't be bothered having to go into answering  this. I think its ABC

all the best
