God has a 'perfect' plan from the very beginning for His purposes, pleasure, family and glory. So the answer IMHO is a Yes and No answer. Yes: Romans 8:28 (KJV) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. No: 2 Peter 3:9 (KJV) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
