And always will be! But the question remains, does God bless those who are wrong and do not believe in His suffering on the Cross and on His salvation? Why would he?

I was looking at my cousin sister try to blow the Rams Horn and seeing her fervour to try to learn to use it in Church worship led me to one Thought.

A single thought.

Are we starting to Idolize Israel.

Are countries unified? Maybe Israel isn't the "Israel" spoken of in the Bible. Dare I say that the Christian countries are Israel?? *gasp* *shock*

Things change, time changes, and after Jesus died for our sins, the Christians became "Jews" :P

Note: This is different from "Jaws" lol

Well I'm not Jewish or American and I believe that God blesses Israel becaused He promised to keep her till the end. My problem as I've stated before is I don't think it is the political Israel that we should be blessing but the religious Israel that insists on hanging on to what God gave them.

Ger, there are differing opinions on what religious or spiritual Israel actually are. The bible has demonstrated basic human nature and it's relationship to God through the Jewish History of the Old Testiment. Israel is a picture of how humans are. Sometimes following God. Sometimes wondering in the wilderness. There ia a Scholar and Author by the name of Hank Hanegrraff(Good Canadian Brother). He can take the scriptures and build a very strong case that the Jerusalem that Christ will reign from is a bit different than what has been presented here. Perhaps you can google search his name and read some of his opinions. There all just opinions. If your dead set on a doctrine you can build a case either way as it has been demonstrated. Actually, I have never been anti-Zionist. I'm not an expert. I just don't care for the way some things have been said here. I think it shows a lack of respect towards a Nation and a President that takes alot of heat world wide for being too pro- Israel. Hows the weather up there? Its summer in a big way here in Texas. Now might be a good time to visit Canada.

God Bless

The only thing I am getting from the Zionist here is the same thing I get from Arabs. If you don't abide in us .....God is gonna dust you.

Can you copy and paste where I or anyone else who has a firm grasp on Zionism ever said or implied such a thing?

Gentiles (infidels)have been so evil for the past 1700 years. Its all their fault.
I was referring, if you recall, to those who call themselves "Christians" but act differently. I never said that Gentiles were evil, and I resent such an accusation. Copy and paste where I said that Gentiles are evil.

The other thing I've learned is that, there is no WE Christians. Their are "YOU" Gentile Christians and "WE" Jewish Christians. And you can't be a Christian at all if you don't bow down to the Zionist point of view.

Again, can you show where we have said that? Where have we said that you cannot be a Christian unless you bow to the Zionist point of view?

Also.. Jesus was just kidding about the neither Greek or Jew thing. You can't be in our special little club. How Chist-like! You have to be a Jew to understand. So much for Unity.
Which only shows that you completely missed the point of what I said. It was Paul who said that, and he was talking about a completely different issue unrelated to what we were discussing here. I already explained what he was talking about.

But yeah, it seems that you have to be a Jew to understand what other Jews have gone through. This is because when it is explained to people like you, you call it "whining." Most Christians are ignorant of church history, and don't have a clue about what has been done to Jews in the Name of Jesus. Perhaps you don't know, or perhaps you don't care. It takes a Jew who has been called names, and kicked around by those who supposedly claim Christ to understand what it is like to be Jewish and to be hated for it.

It's kinda like vets who were in Vietnam are better than most at understanding other vets who were in Vietnam. They can relate to the hardships and struggles with other vets who have had similar experiences. It has nothing to do with unity, but rather with empathy, and being able to understand first hand what another person has gone through. I would think as a Christian, you could have understood that point. I guess you were too busy stomping around and ranting to catch that.

In a time when America and Bush is taking heat from all over the world, I would have thought at lest the Zionists would stay friendly. But now their mad too.
I am not mad at Bush, and just because I disagree with how he is handling the Middle East does not mean that I think he is a bad President.

You are clearly reading what you want INTO everything I have posted, and are just making irrational emotional rants, without even really discussing the issue at hand.

And for sure....Be grateful to America for nothing!

When have I expressed a lack of gratitude for America? Copy and Paste it. I dare you.

You have a real problem and it is not the Zionists or the Arabs. You consistently misrepresented everything I said, and accused me of motive and words that were not mine, and I don't particularly appreciate that garbage. I have not attacked you, I have not maligned George Bush, or the United States. I have not called you or anyone else "evil." You can either cut and paste where I have said any bull corn you have just posted, or you can knock it off with the lies and false allegations, buddy boy. KAPISH?!!? I have been patient in trying to explain my feelings, but you seem to have no problem trying to mow me under.

It's still cool here on the coast. Go 15 minutes up the road and the temperature rises about 10 degrees. As far as Israel goes, I read about division within the country and I believe this is where we have to decide our alliance from a biblical perspective. I could be wrong but politicval Israel is obviously secular.

Its not particularly things that you have said that set me off. This subject has scattered onto 3 different threads so it gets a bit confusing. It is easy to misunderstand what someone is saying on the NET. Its fine to have a different opinion than Bush's. I do as well. There were some harsh words used towards him like "stupid" and "betrayer". I just get tired of it I suppose. I also have a problem with certain posts that came from people to take the fat of the lamb here in the U.S. and openly declare that they would turn on it. I will admitt that I can't recall you saying these things. You have to go back and look at the posts. They are there. Bush is a good and decent man and a brother. I just feel led to stand up for him when he is being attacked. It all to often is unwarrented. I have very strong feelings about America. I was just raised that way. If Zionist wan't to be Zionist thats fine with me. I am not anti-Zion. Its not really my affair. I'm just American to the bone and I'm sorta old fasioned about standing up for it.

Very Well, but it felt like you were directing everything at me. I apologize for misreading that.

I admit that some here went to far, in calling Bush Stupid and other such things. I am not defending that at all, just so you know.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
