. This means the star wormwood who falls to earth burning as a lamp is a fallen angel who provides mankind the illumination in how to access natural gas deposits from shale.

Revelation 9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

So mankind discover gas n petrol in the 19th Century by the Illumination of this angel in revelation, thats a very interesting story bro.

Man discovers that gas and petrol drive engines that produce so many more things we love than before. And yes, according to the book of Enoch mankind is illumined by Satan's angels in how to access the secrets of science. It will be very interesting to see what illumination the destroyer provides the beast that unlocks the bottomless pit causing it to rise to from the sea (Revelation 9 & 13).

There's a number of things that could cause this. We have a recent example of what happens when a nuclear power plant gets damaged and leaking radiation into the ocean; it's being registered and monitored in California. There's many nuclear power plants associated with water, it's used to cool the reactors. I don't know but; a star called "wormwood" could be a missile nuclear exchange? How would a writer centuries ago describe something flying he'd never seen before? A nuclear explosion is a little brighter than staring directly at the sun. Just guessing??

Its just that God wants to serve the unbelieving world with wormwood coffee for breakfast.            Bible says its bitter they may need some sugar.

The title caught my attention. I've done some research on the alcoholic beverage, absinthe. It seems to have some hallucinogenic properties to it, and one of the primary ingredients to it is wormwood. It is traditionally prepared by adding a sugar cube to strain some of the horrible taste when drinking it. Apparently toxic in large continual doses, especially those who become addicted to it. Also known as, "the green fairy" due to the pale luminescent green hue, it has been known to cause bouts of mania followed by states of depression. Artist Van Gogh was at one time an avid absinthe consumer.

Sorry if this is off-topic. Absinthe has been making a popular uprise lately here in the US, and its legal status varies from state to state. Many samples of distilleries manufacturing absinthe contain no wormwood at all, hence the problems with legalities of sales, importation, and distribution.

Along the same lines, I found the following interesting. If memory serves, wormwood is only found in Israel? Wondering if there's significance to that?

lanah, genus Artemisia. Four species in Palestine: Nilotica, Judaica, Fruticosa, and Cinerea. Metaphorical for bitter sorrow (Jer 9:15, fulfilled in La 3:15,19); and evil with its bitter produce, or an apostate lurking in Israel and tainting others (De 29:18; Pr 5:4; Am 5:7, rendered "hemlock"; Greek apsinthos; Re 8:11, the star which at the third trumpet fell upon the rivers and made them wormwood). Wormwood, though medicinal, if used as ordinary water would be fatal; heretical wormwood changes the sweet Siloas of Scripture into deadly Marahs (Wordsworth); contrast Ex 15:23, etc. Absinthe is literally embittering and destroying many hundreds of thousands in France and Switzerland.

I will add to this that a third of the earth's fresh waters are located here in the USA, Between the great lakes, the rivers and the underground aquifers.
