This is one of the very few people I know to have a good heart even though he got involved with doing some pretty bad stuffs.

I take it your friend trusted you enough to tell you about this. Let this friend no in uncertain terms that you will report him/her if they go forward with it and because you care about this person you can not let them move forward with hurting themselves or another by their action.

I already did that, I threatened I was going to report him but he is not backing down cos he thinks I can never do that. He believes I will never stab him in the back. In his words, if trusting u will cost me my freedom then so be it. 

This is trust bro, with his life. Ever see anyone place such amount of trust in you?
