I understand the difficulties of total isolation for extensive time periods being cause for some anxiety issues. Your opening statement is pretty apparent of concerning emotional stressors. I'm surmising here, the daily inside schedules are not filling the need. What I personally feel you are lacking, is more bible study of doctrine and adding devotionals of praise and worship. With out a doubt, this is the optimum of focusing off of self and concentrating on the aspect of holiness instead. Can someone please help me? Sad and lonely is the flesh. We are to walk in the Spirit to overcome the flesh. God helps us but He does not do it for us. I watch some of the prophecy on YouTube and this helps me to get out of the flesh and into the Spirit. If they are in the Spirit and represent God. Of course not everyone there does so we have to avoid the people that are in the flesh. We have to avoid things like the news and television that quenches the Spirit and puts us into the flesh.
