2 Son of man, set thy face toward Jerusalem, and drop thy word toward the holy places, and prophesy against the land of Israel,

3 And say to the land of Israel, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth my sword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked.

22 At his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to appoint captains, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to appoint battering rams against the gates, to cast a mount, and to build a fort.

23 And it shall be unto them as a false divination in their sight, to them that have sworn oaths: but he will call to remembrance the iniquity, that they may be taken.

24 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are discovered, so that in all your doings your sins do appear; because, I say, that ye are come to remembrance, ye shall be taken with the hand.

25 And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end,

27 I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.

28 And thou, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning the Ammonites, and concerning their reproach; even say thou, The sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is furbished, to consume because of the glittering:

29 Whiles they see vanity unto thee, whiles they divine a lie unto thee, to bring thee upon the necks of them that are slain, of the wicked, whose day is come, when their iniquity shall have an end.

30 Shall I cause it to return into his sheath? I will judge thee in the place where thou wast created, in the land of thy nativity.

31 And I will pour out mine indignation upon thee, I will blow against thee in the fire of my wrath, and deliver thee into the hand of brutish men, and skilful to destroy.

32 Thou shalt be for fuel to the fire; thy blood shall be in the midst of the land; thou shalt be no more remembered: for I the LORD have spoken it.

In 1939, the core Jewish population reached 17 million.

In 2018, the core Jewish population reached 14.6 million.

No other ethnic or religious groups population dropped except, just one, the Jewish one.

One must wonder why, what was the cause-? Some may try to blame this downward trend on the holocaust, but the holocaust does not explain why there are more deaths than births. You must look deeper to find the reason why.

Well between 1939 and 1945, 6 million people of the Jewish population were intentionally slaughtered. I think I'd start after WW2 for a more realistic sense of the population growth.

Your maths is wrong. You have not taken into account all the multiple people and population growth that did not happen due to 35% of my people being wiped out by Hitler.

One death is not only one death, it is the death of the numerous family members who were never born and grew up to have a family. 

The  death of a couple in WW2 equals several children and grandchildren who didn't happen.

I suspect the Lord uses Israel as an example for the rest of us. When they misbehave, he disciplines them. When they behave themselves, he blesses them.

What is decreasing are those who claim to be Jews outside of Israel. While the Jewish population inside of the land of Israel is rapid increasing based on your source. This by far does not mean Jewish population is decreasing world wide.  Just like any culture, those that are dispersed into other cultures always declines as they become integrated and mixed into other cultures through inter-marriage.  What is decreasing are those who claim to be ethnic Jews which is expected among dispersed cultures.  With all the persecution towards Jew's over past several decades, this does not surprise me.  Jewish population numbers outside of Israel becomes increasing harder and harder to account accurately once they are mixed in with other nations and cultures over many centuries and decades.  This in no way means Jew's are decreasing, only the means to count them.  Also, you need to to understand Israel is much more than "Jews".  Jews are those that belong to the tribe of Judah and Benjamin and does not account for the other 10 Northern tribes of Israel that are also dispersed into the nations.  The 10 northern tribes of Israel are not considered Jews or of the House of Judah.  A Jew is a part of Israel but not all Israelites are Jews.  So the population of Israel is vastly much larger than you think, we just dont know who or where they are because they have been dispersed and mixed in with all the other nations as the bible predicted over many many centuries.  In fact you may be a Israelite yourself and not even know it.   Through out the bible God said that he is going to scatter Israel into all the nations and in the last days he would regather all Israelites in the last days not just Jews but both the House of Israel and the House if Judah and make them one again.  God promised Abraham your descendants will become so numerous like the sands of the sea meaning no one would be able to count them. God promised the 2nd Exodus will be much greater event than the first.

God gives His “Chosen” instructions on how to treat the “stranger”.

Secular news is extremely biased against Israel.  You should not trust any secular news source about Israel.  I would caution you about speaking evil of Israel.
