Hi Douge,

Bro do you think that in the Millennial Kingdom, this city of Jerusalem will be made of houses of wood and stone?  Or is the heavenly Jerusalem made up of living 'mansions' that will come to earth from heaven with the Lord Jesus? (John 14:2)

In the kingdom on earth Christ will reign along with believing Israel over the Gentile nations that entered in.

What do you think it means: "For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel" (Rom.9:6b)

To definitely identify true Israel. (Gal.4:28)

Romans 9:6-8 KJV - 6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they [are] not all Israel, which are of Israel: 7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, [are they] all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. 8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these [are] not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

The Israel of God are those of faith. They are the called seed of the promise.

(Galatians 4:28 KJV) Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

The promise is found below....the promise that the heathen would be justified by faith.

(Galatians 3:7-8 KJV) 7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. 8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, [saying], In thee shall all nations be blessed.

(Galatians 3:14 KJV) That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Hi Douge,

I hope you realize that this faith can only mean faith in the Lord Jesus is God.
As long as people in the Middle East don't do that, they don't belong to 'the Israel of God', even though their home is in the geographic state of Israel.

 God bless

Yes Jesus is God, but the faith of Jesus involves his redemption for us....his shed blood, death and resurrection and imputed rightoeusness

So what you are saying is that there will be division in the kingdom of heaven.  The saved Jew will be limited to a ( new?) Earth while the saved Gentile will be flying around in heaven?

For Israel:   Revelation 5:10 KJV - And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Isaiah 60:21 KJV - Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.

For the church, the body of Christ:

Ephesians 2:6 KJV - And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

You can decide.

Decision made: In God's eternal kingdom, He does not place emphasis on  Jew or Gentile. Being all one in Christ Jesus,  we all inherit  " a new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness "( 2Peter 3:13).

The verses that you have shown me are interconnected.....they speak of the kingdom of God.

In this dispensation (not in "God's eternal kingdom), in the body of Christ, there is no Jew or Gentile, but a new creature.

The body of Christ will be caught up before the tribulation and will be in heavenly places and will judge the angels:              1 Thessalonians 4:17 KJV - Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

In the kingdom the believing Jews who came out of the tribulation will enter the kingdom on earth in which Christ will reign. The Gentile nations that are saved by how they treated Israel will also enter....the believing Gentiles will enter...the dead saints from before this dispensation will be resurrected and enter.

You stated: " 1 Thessalonians 4:17 KJV - Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord"

Bible basics: There was the first coming of Christ for "salvation ", and there most definitely will  be a second coming of Christ for judgment and to end this sin cursed earth. That's it with the comings.

Just to interject here......If we meet Jesus in the air.....he technically hasn't returned to earth yet.  This allows for a rapture

And you know all the specifics of how this amazingly spiritual event will take place? Did you know that the Greek new Testament in 1Thess 4:17 says.       "....to meet the Lord in air..."

Mow if you're transforming into your new glorified spiritual body it's not necessarily being raptured away from the earth is it?

It is because if rapture is separate from the second coming, then won't be taking our natural bodies to a spiritual place.  I do not recall in any scripture that says we will go up bodily, if I am wrong, I will stand corrected

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
