Yep, Trump's a smart cookie.  That's special veto since he cannot stop it with a normal veto.   Because Congress will adjourn, it won't become law.

I always had to justify raises....     I don't see any real reason to even pay most of them much less give them a raise.

I didn't receive any stimulus the first time around, this bill is just another chance for politicians to fill their pockets.

The governments answer to everything is to throw more money down the drain.

So, what must we be doing as Christians?  Praying and seeking God for our needs and for this country's needs. Helping the poor among us as best we can. It starts by finding one family and helping. Preaching the gospel, and meeting peoples physical needs.

But, that is my opinion of course and doubtlessly somebody here will have some alternate suggestions to nullify what I have said. LOL

American Government is broken.

Setting aside all the issues but the stimulus package...

there is no greater proof the Government is broken that the

fact that it cannot get desperately needed income to its citizens

in the midst of a freakin' pandemic.

Our leaders are so ridiculous. If I were going to bounce a check I would at least write it big enough to cover all I needed. Perhaps Biden will be the plunger that pushes the toilet clog America has become, right on down the drain. Such a great place turned to trash by it's leadership.
