The guy was impressed with my experience. Told me the position he would have me working. (I had applied for 2 positions because I have had experience in both jobs that were listed) Then he proceeded to tell me about the job. Hrs,pay,that sort of thing. Hiring managers or ones with that responsibility are human and have all kinds of things that affect decisions. That is not something you can control.
