We are comprised of basically three elements... Basar (flesh) - our literal substance Nephesh (soul) - our emotions, memories and personality Ruach (spirit) - the life giving power from Yahweh. Therefore, don't worry that you have lost one of these. That cannot happen unless through death. But if you lack faith, that is a different question. What is the main reason you lack faith?
