Proverbs 27:15-16 A continual dripping on a very rainy day and a contentious woman are the same. Whoever restrains her restrains the wind, and grasps oil in his right hand.

Maybe I am not following the conversation correctly, but sinners and sin obviously existed before Christ was born.

"They will be judged on their belief in God, the Father (so Caiphis and Herod are going to be damned, but not the entire Jewish race). "

Once again maybe I am not catching something here, but only faith in Christ produces salvation. Many many unsaved people believe in God or a conception of God, including many unsaved Jews. There is no side-door, faith in Christ is the only way to salvation. So maybe Caiphis and Herod both came to faith in Christ? We don

AGAIN, I said it was only a theory of mine. Only God know for sure
No, we know for sure as well. There is no other Name under heaven whereby we must be saved other than the Name of Jesus. ALL JEWS will go to Hell who have not accepted Jesus, no exceptions.

The gospel of Jesus Christ provides the ONLY way for man to come to salvation.

Jesus was very clear. NO man cometh to the Father but by me. That means Jews as well. You need to read your Bible instead of relying on unbiblical "theories."

I am honest in all way, Shiloh, why always the assults? You think I don't understand him, wow, I apologize, to you, HaShem.  47 years of relationship and still others say I dont' know you at all.

I never said that he wouldn't but that it wasn't the whole reason for his sacrifice. His love is unbounding, there is no way that in our human minds we can comprehend it, let alone explain it. But no one here is seeing that so I will just drop it and let you all live in the world you have created for yourselves. A world of half truths because most of you only use a small percentage of the word of G-d.

Maybe y'all when you have nothing else to do , should study up on the book called Hebrews. You may see what I am talking about.

Knock it off with the persecution complex Zayit, I did not say you are dishonest. My point was that if you truly know the Character of God that the statement that you say is "unbiblical" is actually in keeping with God's revelation of Himself.

You claim it is "unbiblical" but don't demonstrate why it is ubiblical.

Your problem is that you open a can worms, and create an environment where you know people will disagree with you, and then treat that disagreement as an attack. You pick fights and then whine you get some heat from it.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Wow! This is exactly right, thank you for saying it shiloh. This needs to stop. She repeatedly baits ppl into an argument and then complains when it backfires on her. I'm tired of it.

I am honest in all ways, Shiloh, why always the assults?

Zayit, you get "assaults" because you ask for them. Here's just a couple of statements you made in this thread alone:

You can say that with a straight face and clear conscience?:cool:

Why Yeshua shed his blood doesn't matter? Giving a made up, supposed reason is OK? You don't need scripture to back up your beliefs?

I never said it was a doctrinal statement but this just proves how little you know about your Savior.

It's okay for you to insult and question other ppl's relationship and knowledge of the Savior but they can't question yours? :)

And here's another gem from you:

But no one here is seeing that so I will just drop it and let you all live in the world you have created for yourselves. A world of half truths because most of you only use a small percentage of the word of G-d.

Riiiight. You can spew this kind of condescending attitude all over the board and then whine and complain when it comes right back? I have seen you do this to numerous ppl on the boards, then you get upset, announce you're leaving and then you're back in a couple of days with the same attitude, showing zero repentance. Ever heard of reaping what you sow? I agree with shiloh whole-heartedly, you have a persecution complex wrapped up in a bitter and contensious spirit. Until you deal with your pride and insecurity you can expect alot of the same type of responses to your various "questions" and "discussions".

Ciao.

Only when he was born into this sinful world. Read John 1:1-5. Jesus existed before the begining of the World.

So...

Do all the born-again Christians here on this site thing all the Jews that were gassed by the Nazis are damned to Hell just because they were Jews?? :)

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Read John 3:16-17. Neither Christ (nor Christians) came to condemn anyone. Those who are without Christ and do not accept Him are condemned already...no matter what their lineage may be.

Phil, there is only ONE way into heaven and that is through Jesus Christ, no exceptions, even for Jews. Paul teaches that all men everywhere are shut up in sin, and there is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile in that respect.

They did not go to hell for being Jews. They went to hell because they did not know the Messiah. Jesus said, "No man comes to the Father but by me." He is the only way to God. There is no separate plan for anyone else. It is sad that they had to lose their lives on earth and for all eternity, but we must base our theology on what Scripture says, and not upon what we think the ideal should be.

What does it say? The Bible says by faith. Be it Moses, Rahab, Ruth or David, they believed by faith so they were saved.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
