Dead man can not sin for they have come out from underneath the power of it… This truth once seen and accepted leads to the equal and opposite truth, which is just as real, one sins because their alive to it….

Seeing all things come from God through faith, one’s reasoning faculty is accustomed to seeing sin as a power of life, that is something that is just there, as an accepted norm… This power of sin is real, it is something all that have been born into this world have been born under… It is the power that controls all that are alive under it whether it is seen or not… This power can not be stopped or done away with until this creation comes to an end, at the final separation where all things will go to their own place…

Until then there is but one way to come out from underneath this power, and that is for the created to die to this power… That being exactly what Christ dying on the cross brought to man, his death…

The power of sin is alive and will remain so till the end, but man can become free from this power by the power of faith… This is the scripture truth, ‘the just shall live by faith’…

To believe into something beyond the excepted norm of human reasoning.. By faith grab unto the promise of God… To by faith grab unto the promise that He has come and made His abode in one.. This, in one’s innermost being of one’s very existence, this, in the heart of hearts, is His dwelling place… This, scripture instructs one to believe and accept this by faith..

The way of coming out from under the power of sin is just as real, once accepted by faith… Which is Christ took us to death with Him so the power that held us captive we would be freed from… So one could be joined to another power, that being the power of His life… That being, the faith that says one is no longer alive unto sin, but now dead to it, that being, one has been crucified with Christ and now it is no longer they that live but Christ that lives through them…

This faith, once believed, instantaneously frees one from the power of sin… But faith in this truth is the only thing that can maintain this freedom… For once will power is again looked to for deliverance, failure and being instantaneously brought back under bondage to this power of sin will be the result…. For the power of faith stands against this power of sin in this world, these are the two opposing camps, for both powers are for the immediate right now, and both powers would have man..

All are either alive to sin or dead to it… Alive to it, it will produce sin as its fruit, dead to it will produce its fruit, and that being the law being fulfilled in one, but not by one… Where one will have the light of life and walk in the newness of that life that is made free from sin…

For if one would be freed from sin there is a way, and that way is believing into righteousness…

Be blessed in the believing…

According to you sinner, being dead to sin, cannot sin! that is a contradiction.

For the power of faith stands against this power of sin in this world,

No faith has no power, it is useless.

The only thing that gives faith power is the one in whom that faith is put, that is Jesus.

As your relationship with Christ teaches you… Be blessed..

But consider the simple truth, that he that has died is freed from sin…

For in the seeing of this truth, freedom from sin will be found and joy to the heart will manifest, that no outward circumstances can overcome..

Be blessed as you pursue Him, Not me

yes the dead cannot sin as they no longer live, but they do face judgement!

Where you are being unclear is you are not finishing your thoughts of with words.

You say the dead are free from sin. Yes they are free from sin because they no longer live.

What I think you mean is, those who have died with Jesus, those who are in fact are Christian.

That is the point, by faith are we to reckon ourselves dead to sin and alive unto God.. So by faith, it is no longer us who live but Christ that lives in us… In this faith is freedom from sin found… This is the pathway to walking in newness of life… For our salvation is a free gift from God, and faith is the how of accessing to the experiencing of that salvation…

Be blessed in your faith and your experiencing and your walk….

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
