    What are you doing now, while everything is “fine”?

I know what you are thinking: “how can you say that everything is “fine” in the middle of a pandemic?”.

Well, consider this is only the outset of sorrows. Although all of us are undergoing some ordeals or predicaments, unfortunately worse days will come. And what should be our stance?

See the advice of Zephaniah with the approaching of the Lord’s Day?

•    Zephaniah  2:1 -> “Gather yourselves together, yea, gather together, O nation not desired;
•    Zephaniah  2:2 ->  “before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD come upon you, before the day of the LORD's anger come upon you.
•    Zephaniah  2:3 ->  “Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD's anger.”.

The day of the Lord with all its fierce anger was coming on the Israelites and nothing could hamper His decrees of bringing forth. Many people, like in the days of Noah, were unnoticed. , only caring about the things and amusings of this life (Mat 24:36-39).

Note that the Lord’s anger is highlighted two times, showing that it isn’t only a single event, but several ones, which will pass like a chaff, that is to say, all of a sudden and causing many disturbing and distress.

Today the history is repeated. With the vaccines, many people are thinking that the things will turn to the normalcy. Nonetheless, this should be a invitation for all Christ’s believers preparing for Jesus’  coming.  And how can we prepare?

Follow the advice of Zephaniah. If, even the nation not desired was summoned to gather themselves together, how much more the Church of Jesus Christ.

Moreover:

•    Be meek and seek more meekness;
•    Seek the LORD;
•    Carry out His judgment;
•    Seek righteousness.

Doing this, maybe we will be hid in the day of the LORD's anger (that is to say, we will be raptured before the Creator pour down the vials of His wrath).

Don’t waver! Don’t jump into the conclusions! Take seriously Romans 9:28:

•    Romans  9:28 -> “For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.”

That is to say, the Creator will accelerate the fulfillment of the remaining prophecies. Hence many people will be caught by surprise.

So, have a good day abiding by Peter’s counsel:

•    2 Peter  3:12 -> “Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?”.

What I am doing while everything is “fine” is I am prepping and learning how to help others. This is Holy Spirit led. I have been since Dec. 2019 when it was first put on to me to do so. I live as basically a hermit, my days are spent in learning about the LORD and saving the information to be able to teach to others that will be sent to me. I now have redundancy 3 levels deep for everything for water purifying and storage, food, heating/cooking, etc. I am a retired nurse and have accumulated medical supplies and additional manuals for homeopathic remedies as well as diagnosing and treating what can be done with limited resources. I also am learning more about gardening indoors year round as well as outside. It all keeps me busy. We do not know when the LORD is coming back - in the meantime HE helps those who help themselves and who do HIS will. None of what I have been able to accomplish over the last 2 years could have happened if GOD had not provided the means. It was all GOD’s provision. Some of it was near miraculous in it’s happening.

I’m praising the lord for what he provides in my time of need

I love the word, it’s filled with so many examples of what to do and not to do ( especially the Old Testament)

Isreal always prayed to God when things went bad but the book shows us when things were “ fine” they forgot our Father?

Even when things are going good the lesson is that we should never stop giving the Lord the praise and the Glory

So in this “ fine” time let us not do as Isreal and Remember our Lord, and that he will see us through these times?

SHALOM❤️

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

      Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

      This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
