Fear of the Lord means not taking Him for granted.

Fear of the Lord is a show of faith and respect.

Fear of the Lord is following His commandments.

Fear of the Lord and being afraid are two different things.

I can be fearful of walking down an empty street at 3 am and still have fear of the Lord.

Fear is a natural instinct. Fight or flight.
